I had a roller come out of the track and the door panel sagged when the garage door was opened. Called for service and the technician was here within 1 hour. During the check of the garage door and opener, there were several issues found. All items noted were replaced. The door works great. Very professional service. I would highly recommend Precision.

Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. This time they replaced everything but the actual garage doors x2. Hayden was in time, knowledgeable and explained everything well. In and out in less than 2 hours. He did a great job. Highly recommend Precision.

I am very happy with the quick response and ability to have a technician come out within a couple of days. Preston was very courteous and showed me why the door was not operating well. He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. I opted for the second choice and am happy I did. I googled the businesses available to the Maryville area and was reassured by the fact that you had been in business over 15 years. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Tyler was on time, professional, and friendly. I had a simple issue but also concerned about the old opener, tracks, and door. He said that the door was in good shape but the motor and hardware was old. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.

The Tech, Preston Stockson, was very knowledgeable of the problem at hand with my garage door opener. Told him about how the it is probably aging, and time to get a new one. He installed the new one and was very efficient and explained how the new one operates, and how to use the garage wall opener and the remotes. Thanks again for your great service!

We chose precision Door Service because we wanted the repair performed on the same day the spring failed and you were recommended on our neighborhood website. Our technician was Thomas W., he arrived in approximately one hour from the time we called for the repair. He was very professional and courteous and explained what was in need of repair quickly. The repair was completed in approximately one hour and he explained in detail the work that had been performed and pointed out what parts were replaced during the repair. I chose Precision based on their excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed. The receptionist was professional & kind. My appointment was scheduled for the next day, which was much sooner than I expected. The technician fixed my garage door (replacing the control panel) and reprogrammed my remote and car link. He was also very professional and explained everything he did to ensure I understood the issue.

Called Precision around 145pm as roller had sheared off from door and needed door repair. All three doors actually were older and I knew needed service so I took the opportunity to not only fix one but also adjust other two. I was told they could have someone here between 2-4 pm and sure enough Thomas arrived at 3pm having called me while on his way with estimated ETA. Thomas is very professional and courteous and easy to work with. He was able to not only repair the inoperable door but also advise on some other adjustments to improve functionality of all doors which I gladly appreciated. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Precision.

I had a big problem with my garage door on Saturday. Was so surprised to actually get a person to listen and schedule a service call between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick Stockton called around noon and said he was in West Knoxville and it would take about an hour to reach me. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained what needed to be done, gave me the quote, I gave the go ahead and he got the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable!
