Recently purchased a new-to-me home. Within the first two weeks of owning my home, I began experiencing garage door issues. On the interior side of the garage door, there was a Precision Door sticker, so I knew this door had been previously serviced by Precision Door. In a previous Home I owned in the same town, I had a Precision Garage Door installed. My daughter and her husband recently had a Precision garage door installed. All of our experiences have been positive. The young man that serviced my current door proposed three options; least (change out all movable parts), moderate (reinforce the garage door & change out all movable parts), and most expensive (new garage door, including new motor). While my current garage door is not a Precision Door, he reinforced the door and replaced all components to ensure the door would still work optimally with a 7-year warranty. The young man also insured both remotes were in working order (they hadn’t been working for the past week), and he also installed a numeric keypad. I was very happy with all aspects of this Repair. Will absolutely always call Precision Door!

The phone call to make an appointment was handled by a pleasant and professional member of Precision Garage Door and schedule to my convivence. The Technician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge. He reviewed the problems he found with the doors, then explained the cost to repairs. Once approved he went right to work and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door and without hesitation I would use them again. There may be cheaper, but the experience, quality and professionalism would be hard to beat. Excellent experience, thank you. The online ad said same day service and no additional fees for evenings or weekends. I called during a weekday, and had a call back within a few minutes. They had me scheduled the same day, however, the following morning worked better with my schedule. They sent me a picture and bio of the technician that would be coming to my house. He called prior to arrival. He was very friendly and customer service oriented. He explained everything to my understanding, answered questions, offered better ideas and why. He refurbished my garage door-solving all the issues, replaced the garage door opener, reviewed how everything works, how to maintain it, reviewed the warranty schedule, etc. I was very pleased with the outcome and service.

I have used Precision Garage door in the past and have excellent service each time I've used them. Their staff is so courteous and helpful. The technicians arrive on time, are very professional, knowledgeable, and do a great job. They ask your need and expertly perform the work. Any issues are quickly resolved either by phone or by a follow-up visit. Their pricing is very fair and there have been no unexpected charges. Even when I mess up my keypad, they are gracious enough to repair it and ensure it works properly; same thing with the garage doors. I appreciate the quality of their workmanship and their outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.

Six years ago we had a beautiful door installed by Tommy Gatlin. Today we had Tommy come out as we needed to fix a broken spring. First let me say that Tommy is very responsive by text as we had just reached out to him this morning and he was able to get to us this afternoon. Tommy explained to us what he recommended and we opted to not only replace the broken spring but several other parts as well that would give us an additional 7 years of warranty for the moving parts. When we originally looked at putting in a new door, we had 2-3 different companies come out. We are very glad that we ended up choosing Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new door or just needing repairs.

We called Precision Garage Door service on a Friday in a pinch needing help with our garage door before the weekend and feel that we were taken advantage of with pricing. I knew nothing about garage doors or how much it should cost and figured we were looking at a few hundred dollars to fix a broken spring issue. $1600 later and our garage door works. We were in a pinch and I felt that the technician knew I knew nothing about garage doors and took advantage of that by claiming “You have an extremely dangerous garage door” and selling us a whole kit that we may not have needed and having small children that scared me. We went ahead with the service and in the meantime I was googling and calling around to other services to find out we were likely overpaying substantially. I tried to stop him but in a matter of 10 minutes he said that it was all already installed lol. I don’t blame the technician, he was nice enough and offered a “10% discount” but this company has crazy prices and bad sales practices. I will never call this company again and I will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere.

Derick did a very good job removing and installing a new belt drive bar. My only complaint is the cost of the belt drive bar. I did not research pricing before I called Precision Garage Door Service. If I had done my research first, I would have replaced the entire garage door opener assembly at a lot less cost.
