My technician Derek Haynie was not only friendly and personable, but very knowledgable, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He actually showed me the damaged motor parts which reassured me that there was a legitimate reason to replace my motor. Went from a day where nothing was working - my fault for mistakenly wiping all the old codes in hopes I could fix this myself, to discovering a significant underlying problem why nothing would reset. Derek replaced my motor, remotes and reset my car signal so now I am back to normal, and shouldn't have to worry about getting into/out of my garage for years. I appreciate Derek's work, and am happy my neighbors recommended Precision. Would absolutely call them again if I needed garage door service.

Had my door installed a year ago to replace a cracking double insulted door I’d had for 12 years. Had a few issues, but they came out a few times to address. Then my door was gapping , not sealing on entire top and part of left side. Was freezing in my garage. Maruf came out today and saw it. Fixed it immediately. No more daylight in the garage!!! My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing." Great people, called and he was on site a couple of hours later. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote ready in around 15 minutes. I liked the quote, said, "ok," and he started work. Had to pretty much take everything down and replaced most of it for a very fair price. Knowledgeable service person, took less than an hour. From the person who answered the phone to the rep that came and fixed things to the owner that did a follow up - A1. Great people.

Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items.
