We have seen the Precision Door ads on TV and decided to call Precision Door and another Garage door company. We called Precision Door first. We were so taken by the friendliness of the receptionist that we did not call the other door company. They were able to schedule us for the veery same day for between 2PM and 4PM. They said that the technician would call when he was on his way. We got a phone call, and email and a text at 12:32 PM saying the James Wells was on his way. We needed the weather strip on the bottom of the door replaced. James replaced it, checked the door for operation and told us that the door needed to be lubricated. He showed us where and how the door needed to be lubricated and what to use. He told us this needed to be done every year. He did not pressure us to let him do it. He said that we could do it ourselves, but he would do it if we wanted him to do it. We are so satisfied with Precision Door that we will never call anyone else. We even told our neighbor that she has the same problem that we did, and she should call Precision Door.

I called Precision Door Service for an unexpected issue with our garage door this morning. One of the springs had broken as well as one of the hinges. I was so thankful that they were able to respond so quickly by sending an associate, Derek, for the repair within a couple of hours. Derek found other problems as well and replaced all the problems he discovered. Both springs, hinges, and a frayed electrical cord were replaced. He also straightened the left side track that had moved a bit over time. Derek was great in all respects—in explanations, replacements and repair and a friendly manner. Great experience throughout. Thank you!

Precision is the BEST! When my garage door wouldn't close, Derek was available to help that same day at a convenient time for me. He was friendly, professional, and solved the problem in just a few minutes. He also suggested a future problem to keep an eye out for but was not insistent to fix immediately. After the repair I was extremely shocked at what I was charged for 1 spring and 1 set of cables. 450.00 for that seems really high. I could have ordered and installed my self for way less, and I am well versed in on this type of repair. Extremely dissatisfied and for futher work will check out other companies
