High praise for my technician Hunter. I informed him upon arrival that I didn't want any upselling beyond repairing my broken spring. Hunter advised me that he would evaluate all aspects of the lift mechanism and show me anything that was damaged after which I could make a decision on the extent of the repair. He kept me informed of his arrival time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Hunter is a customer focused asset to this company.

Yesterday was off to a weird start. I left to drop off my youngest at daycare only to come home and not be able to enter my garage. My wife said it sounded like something heavy fell in there and broke and it sure rough the spring had busted. This garage door opener had been buggy but working for the last few years so we reluctantly reached out for help. Precision did a great job of communicating with me over the phone before coming and though Patrick was held up at his precious visit, he showed up in a reasonable time and was very respectful. He talked with us about what he thought was best. Asked before coming in the house or doing anything, and fixed us up same day giving us enough time to have a working garage when my youngest came home. I would definitely recommend.

Tommy came to my house right on time. He actually introduced himself to me and shook my hand and also before he left! He explained in detail what was wrong with my garage doors. And he told me exactly what he would do. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain things like that to me and I appreciate it so much. When he was leaving he helped me pick a color and I chose to have white doors. I recommend Tommy and the Precision Door Company if you are looking for good doors and very nice people. My neighbor across the street had told me this is the best company and they do excellent work.

Thomas gave us a call to his eta was 30 minutes.. he gave us 3 options for the repair. We chose total replacement w 10 year warranty. He was very knowledgeable. Installation was well done. He showed us everything he had installed. Explained our new key pad . Car Wi-Fi switch location etc . Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. The Jarvis’s Service and product options should say everything but the door because everything else was brand new .so I had to select something to submit

The repair man communicated with us for his arrival and solved a lot of the problems that were making our garage door not work properly. The last time we had work on our garage door was in 2012 and Precision completed that repair. Hunter arrived and inspected our garage door and then told us what could be done to make it work properly again. We decided to go ahead and have repaired all of the items that the door needed to make it work properly today and for the foreseeable future. We even had him to install a new rubber across the bottom of the door for appearance's sake, but also to keep small animals out of the garage. Even though the motor has been working well he gave us a quote for a new motor for when (hopefully years from now) the motor should decide to stop working. Hunter completed the work in a little over an hour's time. We can now get in and out of our garage and our garage is our main way to get in and out of our house. Thanks for the good work and the knowledge of how to repair the items that were needed to be replaced.

My technician Derek Haynie was not only friendly and personable, but very knowledgable, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He actually showed me the damaged motor parts which reassured me that there was a legitimate reason to replace my motor. Went from a day where nothing was working - my fault for mistakenly wiping all the old codes in hopes I could fix this myself, to discovering a significant underlying problem why nothing would reset. Derek replaced my motor, remotes and reset my car signal so now I am back to normal, and shouldn't have to worry about getting into/out of my garage for years. I appreciate Derek's work, and am happy my neighbors recommended Precision. Would absolutely call them again if I needed garage door service.

Had my door installed a year ago to replace a cracking double insulted door I’d had for 12 years. Had a few issues, but they came out a few times to address. Then my door was gapping , not sealing on entire top and part of left side. Was freezing in my garage. Maruf came out today and saw it. Fixed it immediately. No more daylight in the garage!!! My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing."
