I got your ad with coupons out of a mailer of ads and kept it. I called for service and told the person what was wrong and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The service person arrived before the scheduled time. He was courteous, listened to my problems and after checking out everything, told me what he thought I needed and how much each of the 2 problems would cost. I decided to have the noisy door problem fixed and he repaired it quickly and IT WAS NOT NOISEY anymore, after years of the racket. I was glad to pay the amount he had quoted. I will call them again if I need repairs.

Tyler Combs was prompt and knowledgeable. Very courteous as well as the office staff. The only reason I did not go forward, I am temporarily unable to pay the cost of the repair and/or replacement cost of a new OH door due to having just paid for new siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, etc.

Simply Awesome and quick service! Tommy was my tech and he did a great job in evaluating my garage door and making recommendations. The previous owner had only changed one door spring and ot both. He also pointed out other improvements to enhance my door performance and longevity. He asked if it was okay to park on the street where he had his vehicle and was very professional. I would highly recommend Tommy and his company. They exceeded my expectations!

Great Service and very prompt!!! Emailed at 11:00pm at night and they were at my house at 9:00AM the next morning. Spring was broken and could not get my car out of garage. Fixed everything in 45 minutes and garage door is like new!!!! Will call them anytime I have problem with garage doors!!!!!!!

Lightning struck the house Fri night in the storm that swept through the area. Decided to wait til Monday to call a door company after I discovered I couldn’t fix it! A nephew Adam Nelson had me call you last year for my elderly neighbor I look after to install a garage door opener. You all were so nice to help Mr Curtis Bell with his door I just called you for my needs. Madison was so nice taking my call and had a tech named James that was available and came within the hour. Your service person, Hayden Duncan did an excellent job of explaining the repair options for our garage doors. In the end, we decided to go with new doors since our doors were 30 years old. Hayden did a good job of taking us through the options for the new doors.

We weren’t thrilled about our broken cable, which was installed by Precision in 2019. The warranty had expired but we had paid a lot to have the job done. Preston addressed the issue and got to work. He was very friendly and also highly competent. He even went out on his own time to repair a wood block that had cracked. We feel much better about Precision due to Preston’s visit.
