Chris Pease came to my house today (Sunday) to fix my garage door. I had a little sticker shock about the price but I think everything still costs a couple hundred bucks. Chris understood what I wanted and didn’t push too hard to upsell which I really appreciated. Chris was at my house within 30 minutes of my call for service, did excellent work, and didn’t leave any mess. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences maintaining my home but this wasn’t one of them. A+

The service technician replaced a number of parts that were completely unnecessary. These included new springs (the existing springs were just a few years old), rollers, cables, and two 16 foot struts (we already had two 16 foot struts on the door). The total bill was over $1800. I do not plan to use Precision Garage Door Service again.

Lightning struck the house Fri night in the storm that swept through the area. Decided to wait til Monday to call a door company after I discovered I couldn’t fix it! A nephew Adam Nelson had me call you last year for my elderly neighbor I look after to install a garage door opener. As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.
