Trapped in the garage with a broken spring! What a way to start the day. Called, friendly voice assured they could help. Had appointment scheduled within 1 hour. Technician called prior to arriving. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Assessed the problem and our door was working perfectly and parts replaced in less than one hour, 3 year warranty to boot. Excellence at its best!!

As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

Came home from running errands and pressed the button to open the garage door and nothing. Went through the house to open manually and it was to heavy to open. Called Precision Garage Doors at around 12:00 and Josh was here within 40 minutes. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about what was going on! Precision Door Service repaired my garage door opener on one side of my garage and installed an opener on the other side of my garage. The service was excellent and the installers were very professional. Everything was explained to me and the cost was very reasonable. They came out early in the morning after I called the afternoon before. The work was completed in a little less than two hours. They also had a great warranty. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Josh was a nice guy. He did a great quick job. He replaced everything to do with raising and lowering the door including springs. He was there and gone in less than 2 hours. $848 is a lot of money and I didn’t check around to compare prices. I still feel good about my decision using Precision. Thanks.

I had a garage door that needed repair. Precision Door was able to get a technician out that day to repair the door. Michael H. was the technician, and he was very professional. He recommended replacing the garage door opener because he saw signs of wear and tear, and that it could fail in the near future. So, I had him to replace it. After the repairs and new garage door opener installation the door functions great. I am very pleased with the work performed. I was impressed in how fast he got the job completed.

After searching for a company to repair my garage door, I selected Precision Door service because their rating was high and the volume of reviews was exceedingly high in comparison to other companies. Was not disappointed in the slightest. The technician arrived soon after my call. He was professional and friendly and explained all my options thoroughly while answering all my questions.
