Six years ago we had a beautiful door installed by Tommy Gatlin. Today we had Tommy come out as we needed to fix a broken spring. First let me say that Tommy is very responsive by text as we had just reached out to him this morning and he was able to get to us this afternoon. Tommy explained to us what he recommended and we opted to not only replace the broken spring but several other parts as well that would give us an additional 7 years of warranty for the moving parts. When we originally looked at putting in a new door, we had 2-3 different companies come out. We are very glad that we ended up choosing Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new door or just needing repairs.

Tommy came to my house right on time. He actually introduced himself to me and shook my hand and also before he left! He explained in detail what was wrong with my garage doors. And he told me exactly what he would do. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain things like that to me and I appreciate it so much.
