excellent customer service was able to get a repairman in 30 min he was already in the drive way . he introduced himself and asked me what i needed help with i told him my main door spring broke he then inspected my garage door for any type of damage .which i thought was a great touch to the service the company provides .After his inspection he said ill fix you right up we will have your door working in about an 1hr and 30min .he went to work & the door was working in the time he said it would .he repaired in less time really .He is an expert who is very knowledgeable in his trade his attitude is great and he explains everything to you where you can understand it. thank you for your excellent workmanship and the super quick response. even waved the service fee along with a veterans discount. great company and the employees make it great to do business with thank you .again for everything . I will call for your services again

My wife and I were VERY pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! I called around to multiple companies and everyone was at least a week out except for them. I called around lunch time cause the spring on our door had broken and we were unable to get our cars out of the garage.
