My technician was Hunter Bridges. He was prompt in arriving and instantly found the problem preventing my garage door from functioning. Not only did he find that the opener had ceased to work, but after repairing that, he checked the other garage door for problems. He found that the single door had a damaged cord and was dangerous. Because of the door's age, he suggested that the motor be replaced. Hunter gave me an estimate for replacement, then worked quickly and changed the motor, keeping me informed of all he was doing. He cleaned up before leaving and gave me an estimate for further work that needs to be done, all while explaining the reasons. I was pleased with his work.

Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items. The equipment that I purchased was a 18 foot door, all the rails, and the opener. The 2 installers were on time. They took the old door and hardware down and replaced with the new door and opener in 2.5 hrs. All the equipment works great and is very quite. The installers worked great together and did a great job making sure I was pleased!!! All in all a fantastic job.

My garage door "motor" quit working yesterday. I called Precision today at mid-morning. Hunter was scheduled to arrive at 4:00 and he called about 3:15 to say he was on the way. At 3:45 he arrived and had a new opener installed in about an hour. He also programmed the two remotes, a new doorpad, and the opener that is built in to my wife's car. Hunter explained all the features and provided a level of service that was way beyond what I was expecting. Could not be more pleased with the work. Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours.
