Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions with ease and displayed a complete understanding of all subject matter discussed. He performed multiple services during the four hours he was here. His initial estimate was presented in an easy to understand format. Some of the services were: replaced weather stripping, replace door one keypad, upgrade door one with battery pack, complete replacement of door two opener with genie 3120 pro series smart garage door opener including belt rail, remote, keypad and all new parts needed to install. He also took the time to realign the doors instead of using spacers that were used by previous service. Everything from calling to make appointment to service and payment process was done with ease and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and specifically request Thomas Wright...

Preston Stockton arrived on time after calling ahead. He assessed the garage opener problems. Preston gave us options for the repair. We made our choice and he quickly went to work repairing the opener. Preston was very knowledgeable about garage doors. My technician was Hunter Bridges. He was prompt in arriving and instantly found the problem preventing my garage door from functioning. Not only did he find that the opener had ceased to work, but after repairing that, he checked the other garage door for problems. He found that the single door had a damaged cord and was dangerous. Because of the door's age, he suggested that the motor be replaced. Hunter gave me an estimate for replacement, then worked quickly and changed the motor, keeping me informed of all he was doing. He cleaned up before leaving and gave me an estimate for further work that needs to be done, all while explaining the reasons. I was pleased with his work.

Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items. The equipment that I purchased was a 18 foot door, all the rails, and the opener. The 2 installers were on time. They took the old door and hardware down and replaced with the new door and opener in 2.5 hrs. All the equipment works great and is very quite. The installers worked great together and did a great job making sure I was pleased!!! All in all a fantastic job.

Had contract another firm but no responded. Contracted Precision Door and got a reply same day and schedule next day for repairs. Pat the employee were professional, explain things and done the work needed to get done replacing garage door opener. My garage door "motor" quit working yesterday. I called Precision today at mid-morning. Hunter was scheduled to arrive at 4:00 and he called about 3:15 to say he was on the way. At 3:45 he arrived and had a new opener installed in about an hour. He also programmed the two remotes, a new doorpad, and the opener that is built in to my wife's car. Hunter explained all the features and provided a level of service that was way beyond what I was expecting. Could not be more pleased with the work.
