My garage door "motor" quit working yesterday. I called Precision today at mid-morning. Hunter was scheduled to arrive at 4:00 and he called about 3:15 to say he was on the way. At 3:45 he arrived and had a new opener installed in about an hour. He also programmed the two remotes, a new doorpad, and the opener that is built in to my wife's car. Hunter explained all the features and provided a level of service that was way beyond what I was expecting. Could not be more pleased with the work. Thank you Hunter and thank you Precision Door Service.

Mr. Patrick Stockton was our technician. His customer service is over the top. Mr. Patrick kept us informed of progress before he even arrived at our house. Additionally, he patiently waited for us to get home, he showed and explained what was needed to repair our garage door, he moved heavy items that were in the way of his work and moved them back when the job was complete. Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours. Derek was very professional and courteous and explained everything in detail. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

The technician Derek H communicated his estimated arrival time, he was knowledgeable and efficient and pointed out not only what I knew was a broken spring but also a frayed cable that would soon bring additional problems, both items were replaced in a timely manner. Tyler C showed up within the window given and jumped right on the job at hand. He listened to my concerns with the seal at the bottom of the door and came up with a solution. It worked perfectly and the cost was in line what I was given. This is my second time using this company and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.
