Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions with ease and displayed a complete understanding of all subject matter discussed. He performed multiple services during the four hours he was here. His initial estimate was presented in an easy to understand format. Some of the services were: replaced weather stripping, replace door one keypad, upgrade door one with battery pack, complete replacement of door two opener with genie 3120 pro series smart garage door opener including belt rail, remote, keypad and all new parts needed to install. He also took the time to realign the doors instead of using spacers that were used by previous service. Everything from calling to make appointment to service and payment process was done with ease and professionally. I had heard ads on the radio so went with Precision - they were prompt, kept me updated and my technician Peyton was excellent and did not make me seem like I didn't know anything (I don't actually know anything about garage doors). And the fee was reasonable - would definitely recommend.

My technician was Hunter Bridges. He was prompt in arriving and instantly found the problem preventing my garage door from functioning. Not only did he find that the opener had ceased to work, but after repairing that, he checked the other garage door for problems. He found that the single door had a damaged cord and was dangerous. Because of the door's age, he suggested that the motor be replaced. Hunter gave me an estimate for replacement, then worked quickly and changed the motor, keeping me informed of all he was doing. He cleaned up before leaving and gave me an estimate for further work that needs to be done, all while explaining the reasons. I was pleased with his work.

Had contract another firm but no responded. Contracted Precision Door and got a reply same day and schedule next day for repairs. Pat the employee were professional, explain things and done the work needed to get done replacing garage door opener. Mr. Patrick Stockton was our technician. His customer service is over the top. Mr. Patrick kept us informed of progress before he even arrived at our house. The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!
