Our tech was Alex he was on time very professional and knowledgeable. He would not quit till the job was done and I was satisfied. I was very impressed with the quality of work that he did. He did what I could not do in 4 days in 45 mins. Would recommend him to anyone.

Patrick gave me a call 20 mins. out & was very timely. I was told he'd arrive between. 5 & 7 pm...he was done with job before 6! We are selling our house and needed the garage door safety sensors reattached on one side. If you are selling your house & detached your safety sensors at some time over the years because they were "a nuisance" & you don't have all the pieces & parts you need, just call precision! They can make sure everything is in good working order before the inspection. Patrick is professional & very knowledgeable about his craft.

They came the same day I backed into my garage door and got my car stuck in the garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They should have laughed at me but didn't. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose

Patrick Stockton did a superb job replacing the opener, rollers and pulleys on our old garage door. It's amazing how quiet the new set-up operates. Patrick called prior and arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the broken spring issue and gave several choices for repair. He explained clearly the value of each choice and the short and long term advantages. He anticipated our needs and met them. We decided on a single spring system. He installed it, did minor repair on the door and confirmed that the door opened and closed smoothly and quietly. Cost was within our budget. We highly recommend using PDS and ask for Patrick!

5 stars Patrick came to inspect our garage doors and gave us three options for improving existing doors or replacing them. He was pleasant, punctual, very informative, and no pressure. We chose replacing our garage doors. Dylan and Charles replaced the doors. They were also very pleasant, punctual, and did an excellent job. I appreciated the professionalism, the ability to read about each service person and view their pictures before they arrived, and their desire to be sure we were pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Precision.

Communication was excellent! Tech always called to say they were late or ahead of schedule. Even though there was a problem with the part that was ordered, Precision made it work and installed two new openers with keypads. Love the new model - almost silent in operation!! Kevin was very professional and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. I would definitely recommend Precison.

Kevin did and outstanding job in a timely and professional manner. After he left I noticed, looking from the inside out, there was a gap in the L/H side of the door. Kevin had already informed me there was a defect in the top trim strip and that someone would be coming out to replace it. I will get the problem corrected at that time. Our door was a mess even though it was only 3 years old! When James arrived he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and upgrade the door to where it should have been with the original installer. It only took him about 1 hr. to fix and it’s working great! Highly recommend Precision!!
