Chris done an excellent job on my garage door. I made the call at 8:00 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving and he was there by 9:00. I had the cables and rollers changed out while he was there to repair the spring and it sounds like a brand new door.

It is Black Friday, Nov.28. It is 5 am and I am getting ready to take my wife to my daughter's house for shopping. I pushed the automatic door opener and heard what sounded like a gun blast as the cable/spring snapped off. I called Precision Garage Door since we were past customers for over 14 years.
