Came home from running errands and pressed the button to open the garage door and nothing. Went through the house to open manually and it was to heavy to open. Called Precision Garage Doors at around 12:00 and Josh was here within 40 minutes. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about what was going on! Josh exceeded my expectations. He arrived early, which was great! He assessed the problem & immediately began to repair what needed to be repaired & he explained what he was doing throughout the appointment! He was fast but very efficient. I called first thing this morning to have my opener repaired. I was told a window of 11am to1pm. The repair crew promptly arrived around 11:am, changed the opener head, and controls, adjusted the photo eyes and lubed the door and springs. I don't remember their names but they were prompt, courteous, and had a good work ethic. I definitely recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with the new garage door opener and hardware installed. My 19 yr old opener died yesterday. I called Precision just after 1:00pm and by 3:15pm I had a brand new Genie opener installed. The opener is super quiet, the outside keypad is great and all the hardware is new and working properly. Josh was terrific, friendly, professional and very efficient and fast. I called Precision based on reviews, but even more because I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood several times this year. I wish all companies were this dedicated to pleasing their customers. Great job Chuck and the team!

Came home Friday night and closed garage door and heard a boom! Called Precision at 7:30 PM and scheduled a Saturday service call. Unbelievable I received service the next day. Had a car trapped in the garage and door would not open. Technician came out , did a quick assessment and quoted me a price ( very reasonable). Door fixed Saturday afternoon. I had used your service a few years ago when a torsion spring broke and was very satisfied then so naturally I called again when i had a problem with the cables jumping off the pulleys and the door was stuck in the open position. Your service man was great and identified the problem within a minute. I would not have guessed in a million years what caused the problem; a snake was wrapped around the pulley! The amazing thing was that the service man said this wasn't the first time he had encountered this problem. You guys should add snake removal to your list of services!

I would highly recommend this great company! I had a very positive experience from my initial phone call to the service call today. When I called to schedule an appointment, Patty was extremely accommodating and helpful, offering to make an appointment within a very short period of time. The technician Josh came to my home to analyze the problem with my garage door hesitating and making a loud noise when opening. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem as a need to replace the rubber trim around the garage door opening that was 20 years old and very dirty, sticky, and breaking down. Josh was very professional, courteous, honest and spent extra time educating me on how to understand and properly maintain my garage door and system. I now realize that this unexpected problem that Josh diagnosed potentially could have led to additional more costly problems with my garage door opener and system because of the abnormal pull and stress on the system. Many thanks to Josh and grateful for his wisdom and help in resolving this problem.
