Garage door spring snapped .. called at 8am for service .. scheduled it for 11am same day … Preston got in touch and arrived 30mins early … looked at what needed to be done .. explained the work he was gonna do … Preston got on the job and replaced springs , cables and rollers in 90 minutes .. very professional service , and I would highly recommend using them Thanks for the great service … Preston was the best ! Garage door would not open. Called 2 other companies before Precision. One didn't answer and the other was too busy to come that day. Then called Precision and was given a time frame as to when the technician would be at my home. Was then called later to say the technician was held up but would be there asap. Then Preston the technician called to say he was on the way, and he got there in the promised time frame. Turned out the garage door motor was bad, so Preston was able to replace it immediately. He was polite and professional and got all in working order including the garage door opener in my car! Will definitely call Precision if ever needing garage door work again.

Called to let us know he was on his way. He explained what should be done as the current moving parts were 17yo. James was here a little over an hour or so.
