We were looking at replacing the doors on both of our two-car garages, one on which the spring had broken. Precision Garage Door of Knoxville was recommended by a neighbor so we called them. The experience of working with this company was as easy as it could be, from scheduling an estimate to completing the installation of both new doors. They were prompt, courteous and professional, asked pertinent questions and provided answers to all of our questions. In short, they exceeded our expectations and even gave us a discount for my husband's military service. We love our new garage doors; they look beautiful and, with windows, they provide not only beauty to the outside of our home but also some much needed light inside our garages. Professional service. Actually called to move up installation time if ok with us. Absolutely. Explained all the details and answered any questions I had. Gave us a reasonable price below other companies. Work was completed in the time frame they told us. Garage door works great. Additional rubber trim on bottom of door completely closes off the space our previous door left open. No worries about rain or critters now. .
