I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response for a routine service type of appointment. Preston did a great job of explaining how each part of the door functions and problems associated with mine. He was professional, courteous, and mindful of costs to repair/rebuild vs. expense of a new door and gave solid recommendations that made sense, to address all of my concerns. He completed the work efficiently and reviewed end results with me prior to cleaning everything up to ensure my expectations were met. I rarely choose a service provider based on a TV commercial but in this case I'm so glad I did. They truly live up to what they advertise!

Recently purchased a new-to-me home. Within the first two weeks of owning my home, I began experiencing garage door issues. On the interior side of the garage door, there was a Precision Door sticker, so I knew this door had been previously serviced by Precision Door. In a previous Home I owned in the same town, I had a Precision Garage Door installed. My daughter and her husband recently had a Precision garage door installed. All of our experiences have been positive. The young man that serviced my current door proposed three options; least (change out all movable parts), moderate (reinforce the garage door & change out all movable parts), and most expensive (new garage door, including new motor). While my current garage door is not a Precision Door, he reinforced the door and replaced all components to ensure the door would still work optimally with a 7-year warranty. The young man also insured both remotes were in working order (they hadn’t been working for the past week), and he also installed a numeric keypad. I was very happy with all aspects of this Repair. Will absolutely always call Precision Door!

Excellent response time - worked with our availability. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain all parts that needed replaced and purpose of the parts. We are a returning customer for many years - and he took the time to review all work done here at our home which gave a level of confidence in his ability. Could not have been more pleased with this service. My garage door had partially come off the tracks and looked impossible to fix. Remembered TV ads for Precision Garage Doors. Called around 3 or so to request service. Preston called me back almost immediately and was here in 20 minutes or so. He sized up the situation, gave me the estimate and started to work. Though he had to rebuild the mechanisms, he was finished by 5:30 p.m. Also, I was not left with the possibility of spending the night with a half opened garage door. Preston was knowledgeable and adept in his work. I would definitely recommend and certainly use again if needed. Another plus, is that I now have a less noisy door.

Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items. The technician, Preston Stockton, worked on my two garage doors. One was in really sad shape and would not open. The other just needed a "tune up". He arrived on time (10am) and completed the job by 2:00pm. He did an excellent job. Both doors are working perfectly now. Preston is friendly and courteous.
