Garage door spring snapped .. called at 8am for service .. scheduled it for 11am same day … Preston got in touch and arrived 30mins early … looked at what needed to be done .. explained the work he was gonna do … Preston got on the job and replaced springs , cables and rollers in 90 minutes .. very professional service , and I would highly recommend using them Thanks for the great service … Preston was the best ! The young man who came yesterday went above and beyond to fix my garage door. The service call was to replace a keypad and he ended up completely recording the working parts to the door. Precision Door does a great job with scheduling and giving you a heads up when the tech is on their way. Preston Stockton was the tech who came today - happy to see him as he has worked on my door in the past. He is courteous, friendly, very detailed in his explanation of any problem and possible fixes. Not high pressured - and he does know his business very well. He works quickly and thoroughly as well as cleans up completely. I feel like continuity within Precision Door Company is a wonderful selling point. Not having a lot of turnover says great things about the company.

I have spent thousands of dollars at my three houses letting these people install/repair garage door issues. Recently, I spent over 5k at two houses having new items installed. I had called for a service tech to come out on a issue with a "brand new system" that was having issues opening and closing. This system had been installed for 4 months. The technician was a nice guy and polite but his company tried to get him to charge me a 65 dollar fee to come out and inspect a system that they installed. Read that twice. They installed a new system (opener, pully (s), etc.. everything but a new door and wanted to charge me to come look at the system they installed. I had to get extremely angry at this and the tech said he would waive it. Are you kidding me? You do not stand behind your work you make people pay this fee of 65 dollars. I will take my business elsewhere this is ridiculous.

I’m very happy with the service received from Precision. They answered my call immediately, sent a tech to my house within 48 hours, and replaced my old and broken garage door motor for a fair price. Precision Door installed a garage door years ago on my mother's garage that performs perfectly and is still very quietly to this day! So, I called Precision to fix the failed garage door lifting mechanism on my grandson's garage door. Your man arrived on time, identified and explained the problems, had all the replacement parts in his truck and had it repaired in a couple of hours! He cleaned up after himself and was a very knowledgeable and pleasant young man!

I chose your company because I saw your commercials on TV. I told Preston my problem and he looked at the issue and pointed out other issues that made the corrective action a more reliable repair. Garage door would not open. Called 2 other companies before Precision. One didn't answer and the other was too busy to come that day. Then called Precision and was given a time frame as to when the technician would be at my home. Was then called later to say the technician was held up but would be there asap. Then Preston the technician called to say he was on the way, and he got there in the promised time frame. Turned out the garage door motor was bad, so Preston was able to replace it immediately. He was polite and professional and got all in working order including the garage door opener in my car! Will definitely call Precision if ever needing garage door work again.
