I have used your company before. Motor garage door opener needed to be replaced. Technician did a great job. One thing though ( not that a big of the deal) the sales man came on Friday gave me a less price for senior discount. But the Technician gave me a higher price and said the salesperson gives and estimated price only. After I reviewed the invoice I received via email, I realized that he didn’t take the senior discount off. I called your office, and the lady said she will immediately send a message to the manager and will refund me the discount amount. I was pleased with that. It is just to point out that it should be a little better Communication by putting note on special pricing for the technician. At the end I am very pleased with your office and the service. I am sure will use your services whenever I need it! Thank you very much !

We called Precision as they have provided us with services before. They scheduled us for same week, gave us an estimated time frame of arrival. Quick response and thorough repair. Spring broke on a Saturday afternoon with our cars trapped inside. Preston came out within hours. He had the parts needed and was able to repair the door that day. We are very pleased with the quick response we received. When I called I was told a technician would be out between 12-2:00 the same day I called. We were expecting to have to wait at least a couple of days. Our technician, Preston Stockton called & gave us an expected arrival time of 11:30. He was right on time. He was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem & gave us an estimate to replace our garage door motor. He gave us an estimated completion time of 2 hours. He finished right on time & we are extremely pleased with the service we received.

The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before. The technician came the very day I called, quickly identified the problem (the keypad opener had gone bad), and installed a new opener. He was very pleasant and took less than fifteen minutes.

Yesterday my garage door spring snapped. I googled for "the best garage door repair service in Knoxville", which came up Precision Door. This morning Preston came out and diagnosed the problem. Since my door opener was old I elected to replace it too. Preston was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is also very talented and quickly replaced all the damaged springs and cables and installed the new opener without any issues. I was impressed that he had all necessary hardware and parts on his truck as well as all tools to complete the job. Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !
