James arrived a couple of minutes early and started replacing our old garage door opener immediately. He finished the job in a short amount of time and cleaned up the area afterwards. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great job by Precision again.

My garage door would not open yesterday. I called Precision early this afternoon and explained the problem. Robert was at my house in Petros/Joyner by 3 PM. He installed a new garage door opener and explained how the remotes and keypad worked. He was very professional. It was a real pleasure doing business with Robert and Precision.

Just want to say what a great job Tommy did on fixing my door. He not only was fast and professional, but was a very courteous gentleman. I enjoyed talking with Tommy as he repaired my door. He pointed out things that I needed to fix, some things that could wait but did a great job on getting us back in working order! Thanks Tommy and PDS!
