The technician, Trevor, did a fantastic job on the rollers and mechanics needed to make the garage door opening run very smooth and even quieter. He clearly explained everything that he needed to do, and why. Very pleased with all the repairs that he did.

We had an amazing experience today using Precision Garage Door Service!!! If I could give a higher grade than a 5, I definitely would. We had the spring on a 10 year old door break yesterday. Since I never have had to seek a garage door company for repair problems, I didn't really know what direction to go. After searching online for possible options, luckily, I reached out to Precision. Thomas and Caleb came out and couldn't have provided any better service. They were friendly, very professional, and quickly spotted the problen, along with a few additional needed repairs. Thomas explained things step by step. This was all done in a very timely and efficent manner. Thoroughly pleased with the experience.

Thomas called to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He serviced our garage door several years ago and went right to work replacing our old unit. He finished quickly and helped us with programming our door openers. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!!

Thomas did our 1st Precision installation 13 yrs ago when he was about 25. He did our new installation just now. He remembered me, even mentioning things we discussed 13 yrs ago. Besides having an incredible memory, he was very personable and super professional. The installation was excellent and quick. Highly recommended.

I have seen your advertisement and said I would like to try our service if I ever had the opportunity. I was not disappointed and Preston did a wonderful job both in discussion of what I needed and the professionalism he showed but personally and jobwise work. The work was completed on the day of the request and that by itself is impressive. Thanks Precision and Preston!

My technician Derek Haynie was not only friendly and personable, but very knowledgable, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He actually showed me the damaged motor parts which reassured me that there was a legitimate reason to replace my motor. Went from a day where nothing was working - my fault for mistakenly wiping all the old codes in hopes I could fix this myself, to discovering a significant underlying problem why nothing would reset. Derek replaced my motor, remotes and reset my car signal so now I am back to normal, and shouldn't have to worry about getting into/out of my garage for years. I appreciate Derek's work, and am happy my neighbors recommended Precision. Would absolutely call them again if I needed garage door service.

What a great experience having our garage doors serviced! We contacted Precision because we were having difficulty with both of our garage doors. They were able to quickly set an appointment and they sent Derek out as our serviceman. Not only did he show up on time, was knowledgeable and hardworking, but he was so pleasant to work with! We ended up ultimately getting 2 new motors, rollers, etc. which was probably due after 25 years. I will say, these are the quietest our doors have ever been opening and closing! We also now have keypads on each as well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

I can’t recommend this company enough! From getting the appointment with the receptionist who was wonderful to when Derek came out and evaluated our garage door issues and provided options. Just top notch all the way!! He was super nice and professional and got promptly to work. He was easy to understand and let us know what all he was going to be doing. I hope all of their employees are as wonderful as Derek. I’ll always use this company for garage door issues. This was the 2nd time we have had them out and they’re always reliable!!! Make that call if you need garage door services! You won’t regret it!!

Same day service fair prices quality work. Trevor Perry was promptly early and explained all the options available for the issues I was having with the garage door. Ultimately decided to do a complete repair and change out the worn parts. Trevor had this project completed in what I think is record time. Garage door works better now than when new. Excellent technician.

I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will never call anyone else when my old door needs work! Derrick was great!! Wonderful company!!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Precision did at our home today. Patrick, our technician, did a super job of inspecting/repairing/replacing/rebuilding two older garage door opening systems that had broken during the past week. He was a thorough professional. Knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, and patient. This is the second time we have worked with your company during the past 10 years and both times the service has been excellent. Thank you.
