After the repair I was extremely shocked at what I was charged for 1 spring and 1 set of cables. 450.00 for that seems really high. I could have ordered and installed my self for way less, and I am well versed in on this type of repair. Extremely dissatisfied and for futher work will check out other companies

The service was fast. The tech -Chris came the same day we placed the call. He was efficient and nice. He explained the about the problem we had( battery back up failing). Replaced the unit the sane day and inspected the system. We are very happy with the work performed.

My father was the original customer and since his passing a few months ago I’ve inherited the upkeep. A very impressive company! Easy to contact, very friendly and helpful on the phone. Then 45 -50 minutes later they were here! This was in the late afternoon, too. Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !

Precision Door Service originally updated our garage doors (new motors, etc.) back in 2018 when we moved into our house. Performance has been issue free; minor issue with the infrared door sensors out of alignment. A quick call on Saturday got us scheduled for a service call on Monday. Technician quickly adjusted the door sensors and sprayed the rollers with a lubricant; he was completed in less that 10 minutes. Great service; highly recommend Precision Door Service!!

Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door Company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

I didn’t think I could have gotten a garage door installation the same day I called for an appointment. Wow. The installer couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of my questions. Received next day service (our choice of time). Technician Thomas Wright not only fixed the problem with the door, but at our request replaced all the old and worn door hardware. It's like having a new garage door. Thanks Thomas!
