My technician Derek Haynie was not only friendly and personable, but very knowledgable, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He actually showed me the damaged motor parts which reassured me that there was a legitimate reason to replace my motor. Went from a day where nothing was working - my fault for mistakenly wiping all the old codes in hopes I could fix this myself, to discovering a significant underlying problem why nothing would reset. Derek replaced my motor, remotes and reset my car signal so now I am back to normal, and shouldn't have to worry about getting into/out of my garage for years. I appreciate Derek's work, and am happy my neighbors recommended Precision. Would absolutely call them again if I needed garage door service.

What a great experience having our garage doors serviced! We contacted Precision because we were having difficulty with both of our garage doors. They were able to quickly set an appointment and they sent Derek out as our serviceman. Not only did he show up on time, was knowledgeable and hardworking, but he was so pleasant to work with! We ended up ultimately getting 2 new motors, rollers, etc. which was probably due after 25 years. I will say, these are the quietest our doors have ever been opening and closing! We also now have keypads on each as well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

I can’t recommend this company enough! From getting the appointment with the receptionist who was wonderful to when Derek came out and evaluated our garage door issues and provided options. Just top notch all the way!! He was super nice and professional and got promptly to work. He was easy to understand and let us know what all he was going to be doing. I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will never call anyone else when my old door needs work! Derrick was great!! Wonderful company!!
