After futile attempt(s) to do the repair myself on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to look online for garage door repairs near me. Of the many ads to pop up, Precision stuck out. Weekend rates same as weekday, what?? Calls answered by a live person, more what?? Not only was that the case, a service tech showed up within an hour of my call. His arrival was preceded by e-mail and messaging denoting time of arrival. Also a message from the tech along with his picture for identification. He was personable, informative and professional. Long story short, I had in my mind that the garage door would be left open for at least the weekend. Job was completed in a short while and when I asked for additional preventative maintenance items to be added he had parts on hand and finished up all within a short matter of time. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole encounter. These guys go above and beyond and back up what they advertise. If you happen to need repairs I HIGHLY recommend Precision. If you are wondering about cost, you would be happily amazed at the affordability.

After the repair I was extremely shocked at what I was charged for 1 spring and 1 set of cables. 450.00 for that seems really high. I could have ordered and installed my self for way less, and I am well versed in on this type of repair. Extremely dissatisfied and for futher work will check out other companies

Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. The technician who installed the door was very helpful. He was professional & polite. He explained everything to us and gave us a number to call in case of questions. Thank you Precision !

Precision Door Service originally updated our garage doors (new motors, etc.) back in 2018 when we moved into our house. Performance has been issue free; minor issue with the infrared door sensors out of alignment. A quick call on Saturday got us scheduled for a service call on Monday. Technician quickly adjusted the door sensors and sprayed the rollers with a lubricant; he was completed in less that 10 minutes. Great service; highly recommend Precision Door Service!!
