Saw advertisement on tv. My wife loves how quite the door closes and opens. The service man was polite and knew about garage doors. He told us what we needed and price before he began his repairs.

The technician came on the same day I called and completed an assessment of what had gone wrong with my garage door. Within an hour he replaced a broken spring, replaced the bottom brackets and 'freed' my car from the garage.

The technician assessed quickly and did the work efficiently. He came within an hour of my call for service. He explained all work comes with a 3 year warranty, and he provided an itemized invoice. I have no way to compare prices, but he did give me a slight discount. We recommend Precision and will call them again should we need repairs in the future.

Woke up this morning to find a Spring broken on my garage door, so unable to raise door or get the car out! Used the Chat feature on the website and had a same day appointment, with the appointment window starting 20 min after I finished the chat. Tech showed up, offered either to replace the springs, or do an overhaul of all the moving parts, cables, drums rollers. Left it to me to choose. Overhaul made sense, so we did that, also offered to upgrade my Door opener system at the same time, again my choice, wife is very pleased I took the upgrade. All told from visiting the website to "job done" less than 3 hours. Very Happy!

Our tech was excellent> I believe his name was Patrick. He arrived on time diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. His work was efficient, and explanation was on point. He cleaned up afterwards then briefed me on the door and the fixed parts. He demonstrated the unit and made sure I understood the warranty.

I was impressed with the web site and its speedy chat option. The price for a tech visit was less than half of one of their competitors. I was also impressed with the person who fielded my phone call and collected my info. The techs who arrived were very knowledgeable about my 29 yr old garage door system. Sadly, it seems that just loosing the photo sensors means the entire lift system has to be replaced because my Allistar lift is too old to get replacement eyes for. The tech gave me a quick estimate on the spot for a new motor and springs (springs because of a jerry-rigged system due to added door weight). They might have been spared a trip if my info about the age and make of my system had been passed along. They could have just quoted an opener replacement since the techs knew they could not fix the old system. Nevertheless, I was happy to get their opinion and advice. I'll have to think about the $923 replacement cost for the opener.

A spring broke on my door, and I called Precision to make an appointment for getting it repaired. Little did I know that they would get there the day it broke and get it fixed so I could get out of my garage. It was very easy dealing with everyone, especially Josh who came to do the repair. Great same-day service. The service tech was at the house within an hour or so of my call. James was very professional and explained what was going on with my garage door. Gave me options and pricing on fixing the garage door opener and various components. Within a couple of hours, I had a new garage door opener that is quiet and has several features that the old garage opener did not. We looked up 3 companies on line with the BBB. Called Precision Door on a Monday and Tommy came out the next day to give us a quote. He was great. Your 3 employees came today to install the new door. Quick, professional, friendly and fun per my husband and Mom. This was at my Mom's house. Mom, my husband and I all met with Tommy. My husband met the guys there this a.m. for install. Would highly recommend your company. I the need comes up in the future, we will be using Precision Door Service.

Garage door opener repair. Very satisfied with the complete experience. From the call to the completion of the repair. Josh was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also was helpful in providing tips for mantenance of our door to keep it in the best working order possible. He even replaced the light bulb, he didn't have too. Throughly accessed what needed to be done and didn't push an unnecessary sale of items that still worked. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Will use Precision Door in the future for servicing, repair or replacing door if the need arises.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and they have always been very dependable. Michael Hall is the individual with Precision Garage who came out today. He did an excellent job and assisted me in moving one of my cars out of the garage because the battery was dead. He was very friendly and I hope he is there whenever I need future garage door repair or a new door!
