Derek arrived on time, and was very personable. He knew about his product, and was able to help to get the electronic garage door opener installed at that time. He had all the equipment he needed with him, on the truck. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He went over everything with us before he left, including how the new opener worked, the panel on the outside of the garage, etc. The price he gave us was very good, compared to other prices we inquired about from different companies. We would definitely recommend Precision Door Company to anyone who is looking for help with their garage door.

This is the second time we have used Precision Door Service. The same technician who serviced our door 7 years ago came today and I think that says a lot about a company when they keep employees happy. My garage door tension spring broke on a Friday morning. I called Precision about 9 am and they scheduled a technician to come by between 1 and 3 pm. The technician, Michael, called and gave me a 30 minute warning that he would be arriving about 1:40 pm. He was right on time. He was very professional while explaining what he was going to check, along with the obvious broken spring. After checking everything, he came back with 3 estimates, low to high; 1. Fix the spring and a couple other things, 2. replace a few more things that could fail eventually, or 3. do a full replacement of the bar, spring, bearings, wire etc. I discussed the likelihood of parts failures and decided to go with the first choice. I appreciated that he gave me the options without being pushy about the up-sale options. Once I gave him the go he started and finished in such a short amount of time that I didn't even look at a clock. The door works great. If he was here more than an hour and 15 minutes, I would be shocked.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and they have always been very dependable. Michael Hall is the individual with Precision Garage who came out today. He did an excellent job and assisted me in moving one of my cars out of the garage because the battery was dead. He was very friendly and I hope he is there whenever I need future garage door repair or a new door!

Woke up this morning to find a Spring broken on my garage door, so unable to raise door or get the car out! Used the Chat feature on the website and had a same day appointment, with the appointment window starting 20 min after I finished the chat. Tech showed up, offered either to replace the springs, or do an overhaul of all the moving parts, cables, drums rollers. Left it to me to choose. Overhaul made sense, so we did that, also offered to upgrade my Door opener system at the same time, again my choice, wife is very pleased I took the upgrade. All told from visiting the website to "job done" less than 3 hours. Very Happy!
