I initially chose Precision because they had service available on Saturday. Technician Chris B. arrived on time, was extremely efficient, thorough and professional in taking all the necessary measurements, providing information, answering my questions, and placing the order for the new door. Jon and Adam were also very professional and efficient when they removed the old door and rails and installed the new. They cleaned up everything, reconnected the opener, and everything works perfectly. I will definitely use Precision in the future!

Quick response. Called and got a 4-6 appointment time frame. Got a call at 3 saying he could be there ins 25 minutes. Got same day services! Went above and beyond. Checked everything out and had my garage working in just a few minutes.

My garage door would not open yesterday. I called Precision early this afternoon and explained the problem. Robert was at my house in Petros/Joyner by 3 PM. He installed a new garage door opener and explained how the remotes and keypad worked. He was very professional. It was a real pleasure doing business with Robert and Precision.

My garage was 10 years old, and was in bad need of repair. My serviceman, James was very prompt (early really) and very friendly, putting me at ease. He assessed the problems very quickly and offered me a range of choices. I chose to keep the door but he replaced all the moving parts and fixed my opener also better than it was before the problem. In the end, even though it was 7pm, he helped me move my car so I could jump it, saving me a huge headache. Great service and a really great experience! Thanks so much for putting my mind at ease.

I have a six year old garage door installed by another local company. It was making a lot of noise and eventually the chain jumped the sprocket. I called the company that did the install. They could not get to me by the next morning my only free time if the week. I looked on Advisor and called Precision. The receptionist was professional and assured me they could be there in the morning. Which they were. Patrick was who serviced this call. He walked me through the entire assembly and workings of a garage door. I had a plethora of questions which he patiently listened to and answered. Come to find out the door was installed incorrectly to start. Patrick literally rebuilt the door in 2 1/2 hours. It runs so smoothly you can barely hear it. I run a high volume business in Knoxville and definitely understand the importance of sincere service. This is a great example of just that. I meet and speak with hundreds of people every week. Whenever the opportunity presents itself I will share this story. Thank you Patrick and Precision. Well done!

Our garage door jumped it's tracks and we couldn't open or close the door. Looked like it would fall at any moment. When I called the lady, was very kind and polite.She scheduled same day. I had two old wooden garage doors and I called this company because they had serviced my old house and I was pleased with them. When they came out they provided a review of the different doors they offered and discussed the pro's and con's of each type of door. They then went over pricing and we decided that it wasn't our top priority at our new house. After about 2 months we called them back to have them come out to install the doors. When I called they were able to pull up my old quote and we agreed on it. When we discussed installation they were able to come the NEXT DAY! I was pretty excited about that and when the two technicians came out Terry and Josh they were very professional, went over everything we agree'd on and off they went. It took them about 5 hours to install 2 single car garage doors including new track and everything. These guys were great, very professional, very safety focused, detail oriented and they cleaned up the floor and wiped down the doors when they were done. It was a job well done all the way around. I was extremely happy with the service provided, and total cost. I would recommend this company! Aggressive pricing, excellent customer service, and very professional. They went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Chuck: Here's a topic...Communication Breakdown. I called and scheduled an appointment with a gal that answers your phone on June 13. I choose June 15 for the installment date (replacing an opener for single door). I specifically requested a Liftmaster opener (I have it on my double door that you guys replaced a couple of years ago - - very satisfied!). James G shows up, I take off from work and...He has no Liftmaster on his truck...(James G was very professional and gave me a quote for the Liftmaster). He profusely apologized and said someone would call me Monday (June 18) to schedule a new appointment...Have not been contacted as of June 19...

Chris came out for a service call...my wife had inquired about a new key bad opener...she had talked to a manager and was informed that there was a variety of choices to choose to replace our old key pad....There isn't...Chris was extremely polite and courteous and apologized for the confusion... Ya'll are lucky to have an individual the caliber of Chris working for your organization. Definitely will use ya'll in the future when needed...Paul
