Wow, amazing service that completely exceeded my expectations. I called a little after 8:00 am, scheduled a visit for 3:00 pm. Tech shows up a little early (I know, when was the last that happened?) , he diagnosed the problem, gave me a detailed quote (that I accepted), then he stays and fixes everything on the spot. He finished in about an hour, gave me an itemized bill, I paid him through his tablet and boom! Garage door repaired and the whole thing was done in 7 hours. Unheard of these days. Excellent work all around.

My door was damaged by my car backing in before it was fully open. Called Precision Door in the morning and two technicians showed up 4 hours later. They recommended some new parts and general servicing at a reasonable price. The job was done quickly and the door works better than before.

Josh arrived on time, and in a couple of hours, totally remade a badly damaged door hit by my vehicle. He replaced old springs, replaced damaged struts and cables, reinforced the panels, and fixed the alignment. He was professional, efficient, polite and seemed totally dedicated to doing an excellent job that I would be pleased with. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Chris came out for a service call...my wife had inquired about a new key bad opener...she had talked to a manager and was informed that there was a variety of choices to choose to replace our old key pad....There isn't...Chris was extremely polite and courteous and apologized for the confusion... I initially chose Precision because they had service available on Saturday. Technician Chris B. arrived on time, was extremely efficient, thorough and professional in taking all the necessary measurements, providing information, answering my questions, and placing the order for the new door. Jon and Adam were also very professional and efficient when they removed the old door and rails and installed the new. They cleaned up everything, reconnected the opener, and everything works perfectly. I will definitely use Precision in the future!

My garage door would not open yesterday. I called Precision early this afternoon and explained the problem. Robert was at my house in Petros/Joyner by 3 PM. He installed a new garage door opener and explained how the remotes and keypad worked. He was very professional. It was a real pleasure doing business with Robert and Precision.

My garage was 10 years old, and was in bad need of repair. My serviceman, James was very prompt (early really) and very friendly, putting me at ease. He assessed the problems very quickly and offered me a range of choices. I chose to keep the door but he replaced all the moving parts and fixed my opener also better than it was before the problem. In the end, even though it was 7pm, he helped me move my car so I could jump it, saving me a huge headache. Great service and a really great experience! Thanks so much for putting my mind at ease.

Michael Hall just completed the replacement of our garage door opener battery backup as well as performing general maintenance included a spring adjustment and general lubrication. He conducted himself very professionally, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was well prepared to complete all aspects of the work he performed. In general we have been very pleased with our Precision Garage Door Opener and the service that's been provided.
