A first class job by Precision door company. I used them 8 yrs ago & did a great job on a repair. This time I got a new system installed by Derek who did a fine job, and explained in detail how to operate it. I greatly recommend Precision garage door to anyone who needs door service or a new door.

Thomas gave us a call to his eta was 30 minutes.. he gave us 3 options for the repair. We chose total replacement w 10 year warranty. He was very knowledgeable. Installation was well done. He showed us everything he had installed. Explained our new key pad . Car Wi-Fi switch location etc . Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. The Jarvis’s Service and product options should say everything but the door because everything else was brand new .so I had to select something to submit

The repair man communicated with us for his arrival and solved a lot of the problems that were making our garage door not work properly. The last time we had work on our garage door was in 2012 and Precision completed that repair. Hunter arrived and inspected our garage door and then told us what could be done to make it work properly again. We decided to go ahead and have repaired all of the items that the door needed to make it work properly today and for the foreseeable future. We even had him to install a new rubber across the bottom of the door for appearance's sake, but also to keep small animals out of the garage. Even though the motor has been working well he gave us a quote for a new motor for when (hopefully years from now) the motor should decide to stop working. Hunter completed the work in a little over an hour's time. We can now get in and out of our garage and our garage is our main way to get in and out of our house. Thanks for the good work and the knowledge of how to repair the items that were needed to be replaced.

Had my door installed a year ago to replace a cracking double insulted door I’d had for 12 years. Had a few issues, but they came out a few times to address. Then my door was gapping , not sealing on entire top and part of left side. Was freezing in my garage. Maruf came out today and saw it. Fixed it immediately. No more daylight in the garage!!! My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing." Precision technicians arrived on time and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They provided on-the-spot service to replace worn garage door parts and did so in a fairly short amount of time. Great people, called and he was on site a couple of hours later. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote ready in around 15 minutes. I liked the quote, said, "ok," and he started work. Had to pretty much take everything down and replaced most of it for a very fair price. Knowledgeable service person, took less than an hour. From the person who answered the phone to the rep that came and fixed things to the owner that did a follow up - A1. Great people.
