Super friendly from the first phone call. Got me an appointment within the week, could have been even sooner but I was working. Derek and team came out , addressed what I wanted addressed. Gave me options of additional work that could be needed but was not immediately necessary. Not pushy.. Came early in the appointment window, got the door fixed in 20 minutes and they were on their way. Definitely by future go to for any garage door needs.

Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Every single person I interacted with was incredible—from Ava in the call center, to the representative who processed my payment, to my technician, Chris Pease. Chris was absolutely wonderful. He was completely honest, upfront, and efficient. He estimated the repair would take an hour and finished in just 45 minutes! On top of his incredible efficiency, he was warm, friendly, and engaging, sharing stories about his farm, garden, and lovely wife while never slowing down on his work for a second. The entire team at Precision Garage Door Service is kind, remarkably responsive, and exceptionally fast. They’ve earned a very well-deserved 5 stars. I cannot recommend you all enough!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. I decided to buy garage doors from Lowe's. After the estimate was done by PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY, who supply and install the doors, I called Lowe's to make sure I got my 10% veterans discount. Lowes told me "oh sorry THAT'S ONLY AN IN-STORE DISCOUNT." So I canceled the deal through Lowe's and also through the installers and garage door providers, Precision garage doors. Soon after, the vice president of PRECISION GARAGE DOOR called me and told me that they would honor the 10% veterans discount on their end. I can't thank them enough for being honorable. It is a great help to me not only financially but a relief to know that some people and companies are just willing to be honorable and help out. I'm getting quality garage doors installed by experienced installers (for a difficult installation that took 6 hours), at a fair price. Trevor called me 1/2 hour before arriving to our appointment as I requested. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. I appreciated his explanation to the problem we had. He demonstrated by cycling the garage door a couple of times to assure us that the door was operating as it should. He further explained that his report would explain everything as well. Nice guy! YOUR TECH WAS MARUF K. WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW THE JOB WELL AND INSTALLED THE GARAGE OPENER WITHOUT A PROBLEM.
