High praise for my technician Hunter. I informed him upon arrival that I didn't want any upselling beyond repairing my broken spring. Chris done an excellent job on my garage door. I made the call at 8:00 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving and he was there by 9:00. I had the cables and rollers changed out while he was there to repair the spring and it sounds like a brand new door.

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Derek Haynie was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job fixing our garage door ! Thank you guys for the excellent service !

I chose Precision Door Service after a lot of research. I chose them because I liked all the information on their website and especially the part where you could see and read about their technicians. Our Tech, James W., called to let us know he was on his way, and he was on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very professional in his work ethic. He replaced springs, rollers, cables, etc. on my garage door. It works perfect now! I highly recommend Precision Door Service and especially James as a technician. He gets a five star rating from me!

Door needed adjustment closer to jamb. Tech arrived on time and made adjustments in door tracks and roller brackets and significantly reduced the play in the door. Precision did this adjustment no charge as they installed the door about 16 months earlier. Very much appreciate them standing behind their work and standing by their customers.
