I called at 9:00am this morning and Patrick was here to repair the door/opener at 1:00pm this afternoon. He was professional, friendly (even with my crazy dog), and completed the work in an hour. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for garage door repairs.

I chose Precision Door Service after a lot of research. I chose them because I liked all the information on their website and especially the part where you could see and read about their technicians. Our Tech, James W., called to let us know he was on his way, and he was on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very professional in his work ethic. He replaced springs, rollers, cables, etc. on my garage door. It works perfect now! I highly recommend Precision Door Service and especially James as a technician. He gets a five star rating from me!

Within 10 minutes of requesting an estimate (on a Sunday) on line I received a call from Precision. They scheduled a technician to be there the next day. He was on time and very personable. He replaced my garage door opener and springs in a professional and prompt manner. The entire experience was easy and very pleasant. Would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Door needed adjustment closer to jamb. Tech arrived on time and made adjustments in door tracks and roller brackets and significantly reduced the play in the door. Precision did this adjustment no charge as they installed the door about 16 months earlier. Very much appreciate them standing behind their work and standing by their customers.

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Derek Haynie was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job fixing our garage door ! Thank you guys for the excellent service !
