EXCELLANT SERVICE! Prompt, and our Technician did an amazing job fixing the door that I back my car into and even though it was freezing cold he worked like a trouper getting it banged out and back in operation. Very please with the work Derick performed on our garage door. The springs, rollers, cables and bearings were replaced and door lubricated. It is now much quieter and smoother. Very nice young man.

We have seen the Precision Door ads on TV and decided to call Precision Door and another Garage door company. We called Precision Door first. We were so taken by the friendliness of the receptionist that we did not call the other door company. They were able to schedule us for the veery same day for between 2PM and 4PM. They said that the technician would call when he was on his way. We got a phone call, and email and a text at 12:32 PM saying the James Wells was on his way. We needed the weather strip on the bottom of the door replaced. James replaced it, checked the door for operation and told us that the door needed to be lubricated. He showed us where and how the door needed to be lubricated and what to use. He told us this needed to be done every year. He did not pressure us to let him do it. He said that we could do it ourselves, but he would do it if we wanted him to do it. We are so satisfied with Precision Door that we will never call anyone else. We even told our neighbor that she has the same problem that we did, and she should call Precision Door.

1. The technician left a large dark grease stain(from his gloves) on my wall next to the indoor opener. There was no effort on his part to clean the area after his work. 2. The technician left a small pile of metal pieces on the floor below where he was drilling/grinding on the door system above. There was no effort on his part to clean this area. The technician made no effort to clean any of the areas after completing the work. HE, AND YOUR COMPANY USED POOR WORKMANSHIP ON THIS JOB! I will not forget it and will gladly relay my findings to any and all my friends who inquire about my experience.

On 5/8/24 I had an appointment to go to and the coil spring on the garage door had broken trapping my car. I made a call to your company and Pehton (spllg) was at my place in roughly 30 minutes. He was very personable and very fast in making repairts. Great Job!

A bad storm hit Lenoir City today and a tornado or microburst sucked my garage door almost off the house trapping my husband’s car inside. I call Precision Garage Door Company and they were in my driveway in less than 40 minutes! The Technician did an amazing job getting my door back & working temporarily until the new door comes in! Derek was excellent. If there were ten stars he would have received them! He was great went over everything explaining what should be replaced. While replacing the parts needed to be replaced he noticed something near the track that was catching and door panels and removed it and explained to me that he removed. Which probably saved me from having to replace a panel on my door down the road! Thank you

We are very pleased with the quick response we received. When I called I was told a technician would be out between 12-2:00 the same day I called. We were expecting to have to wait at least a couple of days. Our technician, Preston Stockton called & gave us an expected arrival time of 11:30. He was right on time. He was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem & gave us an estimate to replace our garage door motor. He gave us an estimated completion time of 2 hours. He finished right on time & we are extremely pleased with the service we received.
