Precision came out within a few hours of me contacting them. The technician was friendly and professional. My problem was a very easy fix and because of this, I was not charged the service fee. I don’t come across that level of customer service very often these days. I will definitely contact them again when the need arises.

High praise for my technician Hunter. I informed him upon arrival that I didn't want any upselling beyond repairing my broken spring. Hunter advised me that he would evaluate all aspects of the lift mechanism and show me anything that was damaged after which I could make a decision on the extent of the repair. He kept me informed of his arrival time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Hunter is a customer focused asset to this company.

Tommy came to my house right on time. He actually introduced himself to me and shook my hand and also before he left! He explained in detail what was wrong with my garage doors. And he told me exactly what he would do. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain things like that to me and I appreciate it so much. When he was leaving he helped me pick a color and I chose to have white doors. I recommend Tommy and the Precision Door Company if you are looking for good doors and very nice people. My neighbor across the street had told me this is the best company and they do excellent work.

was very happy with tech he was excellant and solved problem and new what was wrong right away here is my problem i bought this opener and you installed it from day one had trouble with key pad you came 3 or 4 times to correct this called genie had real problem with them could not get it to do anything after talking to them as for bill i think 140 00 to fix a 15 min problem is poor 75 for labor then 65 for service call is double dippen and no parts involved am not to happy about this

Chris done an excellent job on my garage door. I made the call at 8:00 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving and he was there by 9:00. I had the cables and rollers changed out while he was there to repair the spring and it sounds like a brand new door.

I called early this morning and was speaking with a scheduling person within minutes. Again, this was Sunday at 8 am. I have been watching your commercials for a while. Did not think I would need anyone to fix my garage door on a new house. I am glad I called Precision to fixe my issue. They were on time and explained why my door of 8 years broke down. James Wells was AWESOME!! My garage door never was quiet, but when James finished, it was so much quieter.
