Precision Garage Door did a complete tune up/retool of our garage door including new springs, rollers, chain tightening, oiling, cleaning where needed, etc. Our technician, Patrick Stockton, was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the work and why it was needed beforehand - and just a good guy. We thought the price was reasonable especially compared to a new door. We're very pleased with the performance almost 3 weeks later. The door is so much quieter and smoother compared to pre-repair.

Derek did a great job assessing what our issues were. He explained everything in detail and provided me a quote. After agreeing, he went right to work and and completed everything in just a few hours. And we had a lot of repairs to the 30 year old plus doors. He did a great job and had a great personality. Terrific service… called at 10:00 AM, service Tech (Trevor) arrived at 11:30, replaced motor and track and was done by 1:00 PM. All the old stuff was hauled off and installation mess was completely cleaned up. Trevor was very personable and professional. Performed an inspection of the door and accompanying hardware, offered various services and options, explained the product and available features. Company sent confirmation emails for appointment, including photo of the technician and other information. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended.

EXCELLANT SERVICE! Very please with the work Derick performed on our garage door. The springs, rollers, cables and bearings were replaced and door lubricated. It is now much quieter and smoother. Very nice young man.

We have seen the Precision Door ads on TV and decided to call Precision Door and another Garage door company. We called Precision Door first. We were so taken by the friendliness of the receptionist that we did not call the other door company. They were able to schedule us for the veery same day for between 2PM and 4PM. They said that the technician would call when he was on his way. We got a phone call, and email and a text at 12:32 PM saying the James Wells was on his way. We needed the weather strip on the bottom of the door replaced. James replaced it, checked the door for operation and told us that the door needed to be lubricated. He showed us where and how the door needed to be lubricated and what to use. He told us this needed to be done every year. He did not pressure us to let him do it. He said that we could do it ourselves, but he would do it if we wanted him to do it. We are so satisfied with Precision Door that we will never call anyone else. We even told our neighbor that she has the same problem that we did, and she should call Precision Door.

We use Precision before, well please with there service and work. Again a great job by there technician! Very professional, answering all my questions and made sure I knew everything to operate the new equipment that had been installed. I will call for my future need and recommend them to others
