Very special day for us, usually folks come out give you and estimate and set you another appointment… NOT with these great folks.. Josh came out discussed with me the issue, and wham new garage door opener and I got the best- both the precision quality unit and installation.. Always choose them! Not only was I able to schedule a next day appointment, with an onlie agent, late in the evening- I have had an INCREDIBLE service! Chris Pease came out to service our garage door issues with closing. He explained areas that needed attention alongside garage door framing- an essential repair to ensure further repair success. After we meet with our contractor, we ONLY want our garage door continued services with Chris- from Precision Door Service! He rocks!

I called this morning asking for someone to come and take a look at my garage due to my spring breaking on my door. The customer service representative on the phone was amazing (I called at 830am) and by 1:15pm James W, the tech, had come and gone. I not only got my spring fixed but got other worn out broken pieces replaced and purchased a new quiet garage door opener. I will refer Precision to others.

Experienced intermittent issue with our garage door closing & not opening Called Precision to schedule an appt for a tech to come out. Shocked when they could schedule us for later in the evening of the same day Derek called & said he had an opening & if he could come on by & take a look Derek was knowledgeable & personable. We had a broken spring on our garage door. My husband went out to leave for work and the door would not go up. He noticed the right spring was broken. I had been seeing the Precision commercials and I called Precision at about 10am. The lady answering the phone was so polite and helpful and told me they could be out between 5pm and 7pm. This was a Saturday and the same day! Justin called to say he actually could be to our house around 2:30pm. Justin arrived and he was awsome. He assessed our door and found several more issues so we opted for the overhaul. Justin was very courteous and answered my thousand questions with enthusiasm. He was very efficient, kept everything clean as he worked, and explained everything. He completed the entire job with precision! Thank you to Justin and the Precision staff. We are so happy and appreciate their prompt professional service.

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! My garage door would not open and needed real help. Patrick came within a few hours of my call. I needed springs, rollers, cables, and outside flashing. Great professional company. I wasn't sure who to call so I relied on the Google reviews of companies nearest to me. I definitely made the correct decision. They were great about getting someone out that fit into my schedule. My technician Mike arrived on time and was great about explaining what was wrong and getting things repaired. It was frustrating that my garage door messed up but they made it easy to get it repaired quickly.
