Called Precision around 145pm as roller had sheared off from door and needed door repair. All three doors actually were older and I knew needed service so I took the opportunity to not only fix one but also adjust other two. I was told they could have someone here between 2-4 pm and sure enough Thomas arrived at 3pm having called me while on his way with estimated ETA. Thomas is very professional and courteous and easy to work with. He was able to not only repair the inoperable door but also advise on some other adjustments to improve functionality of all doors which I gladly appreciated. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Precision.

Very impressed...starting with the Sunday afternoon call when the garage door was hanging "a-kilter"... Called the Precision number, full well expecting to talk to a "machine", or having to leave a callback number--but impressed when a nice woman answered the call and proceeded to set up a service call for the very next day, first thing in the morning! Service technician James W. showed up exactly on time, and within the an hour the door was completely restored to "like new" condition! Five Stars for James W.!

My overhead garage door was not working; it was an old Genie. That this store is open on SAT was wonderful. Their technician, Justin, came and was able to check out if there was any way to save the existing unit. Unfortunately not, as the circuit board was burned out and Genie no longer makes a replacement. Justin was in and out within an hour to remove and replace the unit with a new and quieter Genie. I called Precision when it became obvious our garage door had more issues than we could fix ourselves. They offered several options for appointments, including a few the same day I called. Ultimately Alex came out the next morning. Since we were unable to be there, he called and went over what he found needed to be done. In an hour, he had multiple issues fixed and the door is working smoothly. Alex was courteous and did great work. I will definitely refer Precision for any garage door needs!

Great response. Called at 11:30, fixed by 12:45. Came from Maryville to Vonore (Approximately 25 miles). Indicated door life is approximately 15 years (our installation was in 2004). Time for an update on parts!

Mechanic Patrick communicated well. Upon initial inspection, he determined unit needed a "control board". The estimate was $300. His next recommendation was a new motor assembly. $600 + additional fees for recommended "stabilizer bar". $87.50. I found a Home Depot "NEW" Champion 1/2 HP assembly available for $218.95 plus tax while he was looking over the system. I give him credit for trying to make the older unit work, BUT, when I told Mechanic Patrick I would pay him for his service call, he said bluntly- You checked online, eh? He said there was a labor charge due for 1/2 hour. He left without returning the system to how he found it. Total charge $72.45 after a $15.00 online coupon the company offers) I will not recommend this company to my neighbors or anyone but DO appreciate their being available during this trying time. However, NOTHING, can excuse the excessive and usury surcharges this mechanic recommended without batting an eye. Subsequently, I found a manufacturer replacement control board for $71.95 and will install it myself and failing that--- I can buy a brand new unit for a fraction of getting a "lifetime warranty" from the company. Patrick was candidly stoic and absolutely insisted on the social distancing required in this chaotic time, to which I respect and honored. But he ought to have returned the system to how he found it and he was clearly unhappy I was NOT going through with paying hundreds of dollars more.
