The phone call to make an appointment was handled by a pleasant and professional member of Precision Garage Door and schedule to my convivence. The Technician showed up on time, was courteous and professional. I felt comfortable with his experience and knowledge. He reviewed the problems he found with the doors, then explained the cost to repairs. Once approved he went right to work and cleaned up after himself. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door and without hesitation I would use them again. There may be cheaper, but the experience, quality and professionalism would be hard to beat. Derick did a very good job removing and installing a new belt drive bar. My only complaint is the cost of the belt drive bar. I did not research pricing before I called Precision Garage Door Service. If I had done my research first, I would have replaced the entire garage door opener assembly at a lot less cost.

Had my door installed a year ago to replace a cracking double insulted door I’d had for 12 years. Had a few issues, but they came out a few times to address. Then my door was gapping , not sealing on entire top and part of left side. Was freezing in my garage. Maruf came out today and saw it. Fixed it immediately. No more daylight in the garage!!! Very polite and effective. I appreciate the great service.

The service was fantastic! However a bit awkward. I originally called Precision but was told it would be 4 days before I could receive service. Because of the response from Precision I called another company, who could have someone here this afternoon. In the meantime Precision called back and said they could do the work this afternoon. I had to call the other company back and cancel, but they came out anyway. Precision put me in an awkward situation by telling me to wait till Tuesday.

Work was fine. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant for a repair. I was given choices for repair but lowest price meant waiting 2-4 weeks for parts which in this era of overnight delivery is ridiculous. Have not received promised 5 year guarantee.

Derek was very courteous and professional. He pointed out the things that were broken and needed to be replaced. He also made recommendations on the other very old working door. Because of the estimated cost between $3K - 4.5K depending on what we decide to do, my wife and I want to get another estimate. It would be helpful to have some of the details and estimated cost on the invoice.

Tech today did a good job. The problem is the installers were in such an impatient hurry cutting corners. They left twisted electrical wires uncovered. Why did they forget or was in a hurry to go home. So other than that all other encounters were good. Just saying paid good money for quality company. Maybe inform the installers that and pride in their work. That unfortunately was a reflection on the company. Again the techs have always been very good and thorough including today.

I worked with Thomas, who was very polite and professional. I sent him a follow-up email asking when do I schedule the service call, and sent it to two other addresses as well: sales@ and service@ but they all bounced back. You do not make it easy to communicate - please provide some form of email address.

The Service man came borrowed my car opener to use to open my husband's car and when they were finihed the service man gave me my door opener back. My husband's car opens and shuts everything great. Next day I left opening garage door from garage wall pulling out in my car and my garage door no longer works. Dave'scar work's fine.

Price ended up being higher than quoted over than phone as tech found additional things wrong, but overall service was excellent and tech was extremely nice and efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. I would defiantly recommend this company.

The door spring broke and Preston was here the same day. A great young man and knew what he was doing on the repair. I went ahead and replaced some other parts for preventative maintenance. The cost seemed too high, but he was here, and I trusted his opinion on what needed to be done. Preston would get a 5 star rating, but the cost... Kirt

I was very, very impressed with many aspects of Precision's service. Their phone staff and our technician (James Wells) were fantastic. This was a last minute call on a Saturday. They fit us in with a time window of 6-8pm, and James arrived at 5:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was up front about the repair and cost. It was completed in around an hour, and it's never sounded better. However, after doing some research I'm not so sure about the cost. It was hundreds more than almost any estimate I found online for a similar job. The invoice lumped most of the expense together under 'PDS Overhaul', so I don't know the charge for individual parts, labor, etc. There's also a mysterious 'shop fee'. I'm not a big fan of the financial side, but everything else was amazing. Next time I need something, I'll definitely consider Precision - but I'll also be shopping around.
