Technician Patrick was right on time and did very good job explaining what was going wrong with my doors. Repair time was just what he said it would be. Very friendly to me and my younger kids who were very interested in his work. Will use precision again and will ask for Patrick Stockton again.

I was extremely pleased with with how quickly Precision responded to my need for garage door repair service. Even with some unexpected complications that were discovered on the initial inspection, they were able to work everything out around our busy schedule and complete the job in less than two hours. The repair man (Tommy) was very friendly and accommodating to make sure we understood what needed to be done and why. A very professional and competent job well done!
