Spring Check Up. Precision Door is fast to respond, friendly techs, and they get the fix right the first time. Today was a spring tune-up. We took advantage of the offer. We have recommended Precision Door to our neighbors. They could not believe the fast response time. Door was repaired and they now are recommending Precision Door to more neighbors.

Tyler Combs, a first-class garage door technician with Precision Garage Door, serviced this call. Carefully examining all the garage door components, Tyler was able to identify the problem causing the door's malfunction. He replaced the springs and rollers and now my garage door is running so smoothly. Precision had installed the springs a couple of years ago but there was a problem with them and Tyler was able to replace the springs under warranty with no extra charge to me. Now that is excellent customer service! Tyler Combs, an outstanding technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the door's performance before leaving the premises. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door maintenance or repair. A+ Company

I am very happy with the quick response and ability to have a technician come out within a couple of days. Preston was very courteous and showed me why the door was not operating well. He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. Tech was here 15 min before his scheduled appt. after calling to ask if that would be ok. All techs are pictured on your website so I knew to expect Chris. your company was recommended to me by my friend/neighbor. Chris explained to me what was needed for my repairs. Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system. Preston was great. He was right on time and was very professional. He explained everything I needed regarding new door openers and how to make my garage doors operate more efficiently. He did the installation of both new door openers and put new rollers on both doors and cleaned both doors . The doors also now open much quieter than they did before. Very Happy with the work and knowledge of the technician Tyler Combs. Was he described as the problem sound legit and when he left the door was working fine. He is suppose to return in the next couple days to install a new weather strip (not sure correct name) that goes on the bottom of the door. It is old and torn,
