We called Precision Garage Door Service to help us with a garage door problem. Even though it was during the holidays, they responded quickly and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Our service technician, Hayden, was professional, polite and gave us a good option for repairing the door at a reasonable price. He had the material needed on his truck and completed the repairs right away. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the quick response and ability to have a technician come out within a couple of days. Preston was very courteous and showed me why the door was not operating well. He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. I opted for the second choice and am happy I did. I googled the businesses available to the Maryville area and was reassured by the fact that you had been in business over 15 years. Tech was here 15 min before his scheduled appt. after calling to ask if that would be ok. All techs are pictured on your website so I knew to expect Chris. your company was recommended to me by my friend/neighbor. Chris explained to me what was needed for my repairs. He was very courteous & completed his work in the amount of time he told me it would take. I will certainly use Precision in the future for any needed repair on my garage door. Great job Chris!!

Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system. What a relief my garage wasn't open all night. Tech was professional and efficient. The door is so much quieter now. Thank you for being open 24/7!

Preston was great. He was right on time and was very professional. He explained everything I needed regarding new door openers and how to make my garage doors operate more efficiently. He did the installation of both new door openers and put new rollers on both doors and cleaned both doors . The doors also now open much quieter than they did before. I definitely recommend Preston and Precision Garage Doors.

Scheduling was very easy with multiple times available, the price and convenience speak for themselves, and the installer (Preston) was outstanding in every way: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. Upon completion, he showed me proper operation/maintenance of the refurbished hardware and answered the few questions I had.
