The service was fantastic! However a bit awkward. I originally called Precision but was told it would be 4 days before I could receive service. Because of the response from Precision I called another company, who could have someone here this afternoon. In the meantime Precision called back and said they could do the work this afternoon. I had to call the other company back and cancel, but they came out anyway. Precision put me in an awkward situation by telling me to wait till Tuesday.

He is suppose to return in the next couple days to install a new weather strip (not sure correct name) that goes on the bottom of the door. It is old and torn,

Tyler Combs, a first-class garage door technician with Precision Garage Door, serviced this call. Carefully examining all the garage door components, Tyler was able to identify the problem causing the door's malfunction. He replaced the springs and rollers and now my garage door is running so smoothly. Precision had installed the springs a couple of years ago but there was a problem with them and Tyler was able to replace the springs under warranty with no extra charge to me. Now that is excellent customer service! Tyler Combs, an outstanding technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind.
