Tyler Combs, a first-class garage door technician with Precision Garage Door, serviced this call. Carefully examining all the garage door components, Tyler was able to identify the problem causing the door's malfunction. He replaced the springs and rollers and now my garage door is running so smoothly. Precision had installed the springs a couple of years ago but there was a problem with them and Tyler was able to replace the springs under warranty with no extra charge to me. Now that is excellent customer service! Tyler Combs, an outstanding technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the door's performance before leaving the premises. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door maintenance or repair. A+ Company

He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system.
