First of all, I was amazed at the speed of service. I made an appointment online at 6pm, the Hunter showed up promptly at 11am the next day. Then, I was amazed that he came equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. He had some reasonable recommendations about improvements he could make, and they were *actual* improvements. Courteous, worked cleanly, quickly, and left the place better than he found it. Sounds silly to be amazed at garage door service, but he really helped out.

Thomas did a great job with a not so great garage. He upgraded my rollers, cables, springs and installed a new Genie garage door opener, replacing one that was a least 30 years old. Professional and expertly carried out was the work. I have used Precision before and then and now it was a great job.

I gave a one-star not because of the quality of their work but because they never made it that far. They said they couldn't replace doors which didn't seem like a problem to me. They follow a set of rules and somehow my doors didn't fit into their rules. They were unwilling to go that extra mile to find a solution. I will probably need to get a Mom and Pop company with people that know how to get through the tough jobs.

This company has the most polite,educated and well tweeked personel in their job of any company I have ever seen. I met the cleanest,nicest,gentleman, his name was James and he deserves 10 stars for being the best of the best.at knowing his job,politness,courteous,listens,and explains well,in detail every aspect of the job. If their work was only 1/2 as good as their personnel is polite and knowable about their job ,PRECISION GARAGE DOOR WOULD BE A 10+ OUT OF A POSSIBLE 5 STAR RATING ????

This is a wonderful company! Patrick called before showing up and SHOWED UP ON TIME. Was honest and did the job in a very timely manner. I would and will and recommend Precision Garage door again and again. I really liked that they emailed my appointment time with pictures of the technicians. I couldn't ask for better service!
