The Service man came borrowed my car opener to use to open my husband's car and when they were finihed the service man gave me my door opener back. My husband's car opens and shuts everything great. Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts. Duncan was knowledgeable efficient and got the job down. Enjoyed the fact he did not have to come back another day. The door is so quite. This experience was enjoyable. Thank you
