Justin arrived on time and repaired identified problem. While testing repair another problem was discovered and since the operating system was old I made the decision to replace the original system. New system was installed and programmed to respond to my vehicle’s transmitter. Very pleased with the results.

Justin came the day I called with a problem of one garage door not opening. He very calmly walked me through the issue and we discussed a remedy for my old system. This was our second time to to call Precision. It was not an emergency, and they were able to come out the next day. Josh arrived on schedule and had the issue diagnosed in about two minutes. Michael Hall arrived late Christmas to fix our garage door opener. He went through an ***exceptionally*** through search to find a short in the system, finally dismantling our old opener to find a burned out mother board. He did a great job, in the extreme cold of this Christmas, installing a new garage door opener so that we could leave our home. Precision is fortunate to have Michael as one of their premier technicians.

thomas, our tech was the best. showed up early after calling us, friendly, informative and had us up and running within 20 minutes. HOWEVER, the Genie brand motor is a genie we would like to put back in the bottle. This is the second time the keypad/ door has malfunctioned in less than a year after purchase. Every time there is a power outage we are the only ones on our block that have to reprogram their keypad to the motor. Thomas gave us a great tutorial step by step so hopefully we will be able to fix it next time.

Precision Door has been servicing my garage doors for over 10 years; and they came to my rescue again when a door spring broke on a Sunday. I phoned the company and planned to leave a message to call me on Monday about getting service; but I was pleasantly surprised when a company rep answered and made an appointment for a service call on Tuesday. I was pleased at their responsiveness. When tech Thomas Travis arrived on time, he proved to be very experienced and completed the springs replacement and door set-up job efficiently. Then on my request, although unscheduled, he replaced the old door seal. My wife and I were smiling when Thomas departed and we could use our garage again.

Joshua Compton was our technician today, Wednesday Sept 21, 2022, and he thoroughly explained our options for repairing our garage doors. We have two normal size single car doors that were installed 15+ years ago. After carefully listening to him and evaluating the options presented we choose the complete re-conditioning on both doors. At that point Joshua went to work on each, replacing defective and worn out parts, inspected the alignments, adjusted them and lubricated any all hinges, rollers and bearings. His work was efficient and he explained any and all questions i posed to him throughout the process. My evaluation is that Joshua Compton is very professional, enjoys his work and is very engaging with his Customers. Great JOB Joshua!!

Alex came out to repair my broken spring and ended up rebuilding the entire mechanism as all the parts were worn out (bearings, springs, rollers, cables, etc.). He did a great job and my door works smoother and quieter than when it was new.

Precision door service just replaced my entire overhead door system. Lightening did a lot of damage and I needed some repairs fast. My garage door spring broke about 4 pm on a Monday. I had a friend who said I should call Precision Door, as they did a good job for him a few weeks ago. To my surprise when I called, the person told me that a technician could be there between 6 and 8 pm that day. I was really shocked when I heard that and told her to schedule the visit. The Technician(James)came about 1 hour later, went over the whole issue with me and repaired the door so it will be in excellent shape for years to come. The service that this company offers is second to none!

Precision Door was at my door within 30 minutes of my call. Other companies I called was a minimum of 2 days before they could offer service. The broken spring and components were replaced and the door operational within 45 minutes of the arrival of the service man. Extremely polite and courteous. I cannot praise Precision Door enough for their service. Would recommend them very highly.

Even though Thomas was running late, he was very gracious and smiled when he arrived. He explained to me what he found and what work was needed. He not only replaced the broken springs but also replaced the cable, rollers etc. He also mentioned that the opener was in need of replacement and would eventually fail. Just something for me to be watchful for.
