Our garage door spring broke, so we called Precision to schedule the repair that day. They gave us an approximate time that the tech would be there. We lived with a poorly installed doors that were done for our custom home for years. We finally had enough with the noise and remotes that could not control the doors. We called Precision and within an hour we had a seasoned tech on scene and diagnosed several problems that collectively caused us problems. The geometry of the track system was made true, all parts were inspected. Because of safety requirements, the springs had to be replaced. We also needed new rollers and the improperly installed sensors were swapped, failing sensors were replaced and solutions for under guage steel tracks were found. We have quiet operation for the first time in years. Thank you precision for quality and quick work. We were pleasantly surprised by the 5-yr warranty - we took the lifetime warranty.

I am managing a renovation of a recently purchased home from 500 miles away. I knew the existing garage door and opener had issues but hoped a replacement could wait until we moved in. However, the opener's key pad entered life support mode yesterday morning and my contractors could not enter the home without considerable aggravation, if at all. I contacted Precision late that morning, scheduled an assessment for Sept 1. At 0830(CT) this morning, Josh called and told me he was at the house. After a conversation about what had to be replaced and what could be salvaged, I gave him the green light to refurbish the door and hardware, replaced the opener and test everything. 90 minutes later he called back, asked for a key code and we were done. Another reason for escaping IL and embracing Eastern TN. Thanks.

Your technician, Michael, was very courteous and had the problem figured out within minutes. I don`t think it was more than half hour and it was fixed and he lubed up everything as we well.
