Great service. Technician called with plenty of notice when he would be there. Very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be repaired and estimate before did any work. Only complaint called on Saturday because door wouldn't close, and didn't get a technician until Monday.

The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the issue with my opener quickly but sadly I could not afford the price he quoted for a replacement. I will have to settle for waiting or a cheaper brand. But I happily paid for the service call and his advice.

Had a garage door opener installed by Michael Hall and he was very professional. Made sure everything was operating correctly. Minor issue up front as the appointment time was missed by 3 hours and I had to call in a few times to see where the service person was and on the last call I was told the appointment was cancelled. After a few minutes this error was corrected and Michael arrived about 15 minutes late which was appreciated. Original quote was $538 installed and ended up $600 when done, but everything is working now.

While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

Precision Garage doors came and evaluated our garage door and was able to locate the problem and fix it right then. The workers name was Micheal. He spoke to my husband on the phone and me and was very effecient with everything and it was less than an hour. And a discount to boot from 573.00 to 560.00. Went above and beyond to insure our garage door was operable before he left. What started off as just a door opener replacement turned into a little more when the garage door fell and nearly took him down with it. Kept his composure and finished the job.

James was great! He came and replaced our opener without great fanfare. Up front, I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix the Linear we had, but James did explain they just couldn't carry every part needed. We are very happy with the Genie that was installed and it is soooo much quieter than the old one.

I am impressed with the service provided. The repairman showed up about 30 minutes after I called and was done within an hour. It was pricey but I can't say enough about the service provided. Only giving 4 stars because it was pricey and I was unable to print the discount coupon on the website.

I chose Precision because the company I bought my door from (Farmer garage door company) 10 years ago, did not service doors on weekends (no one would answer my phone messages from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning). The spring system that came with my door broke and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Without hesitating, the Precision technician said he would need to replace the entire spring system. I was shocked to hear his estimate came to $698. Number one, the material should not have cost more than $300, and the labor for 1.5 man hours @ $100 per hour would have been $150, total for parts and labor = $450, a much more tolerable total cost.

The install went well. I was surprised how small the unit looks. I don't know much about the new plastic chain technology. I am used to steel chains. I have an open mind, but I have reservations.

Service was on time and very efficient. Technician was very knowledgeable. However, despite the message on the telephone system when I called (service technician will were a mask and sanitize everything touched) this did not occur. No mask, no sensitization.

Chuck The spring on one of my doors broke and Alex and Tracy came to fix it and it works fine after their work. While they know their stuff and did it quickly, Alex was trying hard to convince me to replace the bearings for $540 which I felt, and while their was a little play, my opinion they would still last for quite a while. I declined and he advised because of my not willing to replace the bearings, the warranty on the new spring was void. My door is old, and most likely if something else happens, I may replace the door. I am an engineer myself, handy with tools etc., and have reasonably good judgment on things that need replacing. I feel the spring broke because of over time use picking up a heavy door, and not because of the bearings. I believe the usual warranty should apply to the new spring. Marty Shoffner

Motor, springs, motherboard, rail, gears, everything but the door itself needed replacement after 14 years. Operation was a safety hazard. James described the options, warranty and price. Admittedly, replacement was expensive (~$K) but needed. Took only about 2 hours. Technician knew the system and how to install.

I purchased a new garage door and opener to be installed. Disaster installation as installer cut my alarm system plug off of it's cord and threw it away and shoved the cord up into the ceiling of the garage. I found out a couple of days later when the alarm battery backup went dead. When the alarm company came we discovered the problem. I will still give the company a good rating since they did fix the situation and apologized. I would not hold a company responsible for every act that an employee makes as I am confident that they will take care of that problem too. Overall, I do have and excellent product that works well and was fairly priced.
