Josh called 25 minutes before he arrived and was on time, He started by introducing himself and asked me what the problem was with my garage door opener. He solved the problem immediately and them inspected the spring, rollers, etc and pointed out possible future problems. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service, will not hesitate to call Precision Overhead door again.

James showed up when he said he would be there. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything to me. Walked me through the home warranty issues and fixed my opener. Quick service, spent more than I wanted, probably didn't need to replace all that I did replace but considered it an investment and that it would save me money in the long run. 4 and a half star at least.

The service guys were fast and efficient. They explained everything well and were done in about a hour. The only thing is it was a bit pricy, considering what was replaced.
