Had this door serviced in April 2022. A little disappointed that it didn’t last longer than 7 months. BUT they did come out the same day I called. Thomas was great.

I give a five star rating without hesitation. The staff was professional and efficient from start to finish with the same day service being critical in my case. I especially commend James, who spent the time to not only do the job right but also explain each step. He got the door working in little time and pointed out what potential problems to look for in the future. When the time comes for a replacement, I will certainly call Precision.

GREAT,PATRICK, reworked all our older doors. They hear and work with new...every thing, except doors. THIS IS MRS. GLADYS HERRELL. This was my idea for PRECISION....I love the new NOISE, ha,ha,ha.

Precision did an outstanding job replacing the broken springs on my garage door and providing the PDS Overhaul. My technician, James, was very courteous and professional and the job was completed very in a very timely manner. This is my first time dealing with Precision Door and I would highly recommend them! My garage door operates like new now, so smooth and quiet. Great job!!!

Tech was prompt, courteous and professional. He quickly resolved my issue and corrected a mis alignment of sensors. He also checked my door and mechanisms. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
