Patrick Stockton called around noon and said he was in West Knoxville and it would take about an hour to reach me. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained what needed to be done, gave me the quote, I gave the go ahead and he got the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable! We had Preston come to our house to look at our garage door and we couldn't have been more pleased. Preston introduced himself to us and was very polite and very thorough. He showed us all the mechanical parts on our door and explained the difference between what we had and what Precision had. We were amazed at the difference.
