I chose Precision because of the many positive reviews. We purchased a new door and opener to replace our old one.Chris came to our house to help us choose a garage door and to give us a quote. He explained all of our options to us and gave us a estimation on 3 different options. He was very professional in every way,answered all of our questions and even showed me how the different components worked. We decided to go with the best plan because of his courteous attitude. This is the third time i have used Precision Door ( all for diferent issues and different locations). Each time the quality of the service cannot be beat. This time i was only on town for 2 days and was afraid i would not get the repairs done in the time i had. Oncw i made the call they were there within a couple of hours and had the new opener installed quickly. Best service bar none. I would recommend the anytime you have a garage door issue.

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

One Door Spring broke. Door would not open, both vehicles inside.Spouse had to go to work next morning. Called Precision Door told them details, they had an opening at 6pm. Josh Compton arrived around 8pm, did a very professional job and did not complain about having to work late. He replaced all moving parts, most of which were 40+ years old. Now the door is so much less noisy and runs so much smoother. I would highly recommend Josh and Precision Door Service.

The speed of service was outstanding. My garage door quit opening yesterday (Sunday). I called at 12:50pm today, Monday, and the technician (Tommy) was here before 2:00pm. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was. All was said and done in less than an hour. The best service I have received from any place in a very long time. I will absolutely use them again.

Superior service !! Tommy was highly professional and had a fully equipped truck with all parts and replacements at hand. Explained everything fully. Service was prompt and efficient. What really sold me in the advertisement was that there were live operators 24/7 to answer the phone, and not an answering machine.

I chose Precision because a neighbor had recently used them and said they were good. My garage door would not open. A service person was at my door in about an hour after I called and recommended an Overhaul. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was had me up and running in about an hour. Would definitely recommend Precision.

James Wells provided an estimate for replacement of both garage doors and evaluated the performance of both garage door openers which we believed needed replacing also. James's honesty and professionalism was outstanding as he indicated our openers were working properly but the doors (the previous homeowner had backed his car into them) needed replacing because they were bent putting too much stress on the opener while attempting to open and lift. The springs were also not balanced properly and needed replacing.

I was very pleased with the customer service that your company provided. From the first person I spoke with to the last person everyone was exceptional. The repairs were at a Condo that I am responsible for in Sevierville, However I live in SC.
