Adam was my technician today and he called and gave me the approximate time he would be at my location. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in just a few minutes. Because my new motor was installed within the past year there was no charge for the service which was a pleasant surprise. Adam is a true asset to your company. Also my service was originally scheduled for Monday but I had to change it due to a doctor appointment, and they got me in today. Now this company is truly all about customer service. After he get done with a job and drove to Knoxville to get told he had to come all the way back to sevierville he could’ve been upset about it but he had a great attitude and did excellent work. This is the third time i have used Precision Door ( all for diferent issues and different locations). Each time the quality of the service cannot be beat. This time i was only on town for 2 days and was afraid i would not get the repairs done in the time i had. Oncw i made the call they were there within a couple of hours and had the new opener installed quickly. Best service bar none. I would recommend the anytime you have a garage door issue.

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!
