One Door Spring broke. Door would not open, both vehicles inside.Spouse had to go to work next morning. Called Precision Door told them details, they had an opening at 6pm. Josh Compton arrived around 8pm, did a very professional job and did not complain about having to work late. He replaced all moving parts, most of which were 40+ years old. Now the door is so much less noisy and runs so much smoother. I would highly recommend Josh and Precision Door Service.

The speed of service was outstanding. My garage door quit opening yesterday (Sunday). I called at 12:50pm today, Monday, and the technician (Tommy) was here before 2:00pm. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was. All was said and done in less than an hour. The best service I have received from any place in a very long time. Superior service !! Tommy was highly professional and had a fully equipped truck with all parts and replacements at hand. Explained everything fully. Service was prompt and efficient. James Wells provided an estimate for replacement of both garage doors and evaluated the performance of both garage door openers which we believed needed replacing also. James's honesty and professionalism was outstanding as he indicated our openers were working properly but the doors (the previous homeowner had backed his car into them) needed replacing because they were bent putting too much stress on the opener while attempting to open and lift. The springs were also not balanced properly and needed replacing.

Dio is wonderful. He is friendly, and very efficient. He explained how my doors were in less than good shape, and advised what I needed to have replaced. I just needed a new Remote opener, as I had lost my other one, out of my pocket, while mowing, and just couldn't find it. I didn't realize the 19 year old doors were in the shape they were, but now since he replaced the worn parts, I will have peace of mind that they are in good shape. Thank you.
