Precision Door really knows the meaning of customer service. This is the second time I have called and have been impressed both times (the first time was for a broken spring and the second time was to replace the keypad.) Dio is wonderful. He is friendly, and very efficient. He explained how my doors were in less than good shape, and advised what I needed to have replaced. I just needed a new Remote opener, as I had lost my other one, out of my pocket, while mowing, and just couldn't find it. I didn't realize the 19 year old doors were in the shape they were, but now since he replaced the worn parts, I will have peace of mind that they are in good shape. Thank you. If I could give Dio 10 stars, I would. I chose you from the Yellow Pages Ad, because you offered the 10% discount, and I'm glad I did. Thank you again.

My garage door opener broke last night and I needed it repaired. I could have tried to fix it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I researched companies on the internet and Precision had good reviews, so I called. Mary Ann, your receptionist, was very good, polite and helpful and got me an appointment to have your tech come the same day. Patrick did a great job and the new opener is better, plus the door is now safer and has more features. Thank you.
