The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

service was prompt Expense was overwhelming after talking to a competitor who would have charged 1/3 the price. Also, on VERY limited income yet was still suggested urgent needs to be repaired. Would probable not recommend to others

I picked your company because there was a sticker on the door with your number on it. I would like to have a itemized list of the work done. Honestly the price seems exorbitant. My job took him exactly 30 minutes using what appeared to be one specialized tool and one part to replace. I seriously doubt that I will recommend your company to anyone I care about.

Prompt service call. However, tech did not have right color screws on his truck to do the job. He said normally the install trucks carried all colors to match. Have not heard anything back!

The technician arrived on time and made the necessary adjustments to re-balance the door and was very cordial. We were not sure that would solve the problem since I could not replicate the problem. He made some additional suggestions, such as it could be a bad capacitor. After he left, sure enough, the problem reoccurred. I'm still at a lost as to what to do.

after checking parts cost online I was surprised at the cost I was charged. james wells quoted me $698 for a door rebuild. I agreed thinking the part were expensive. I could have got the parts online for $250. he worked for approx. one hour. if you do a 100% mark up on parts cost, his labor was $198 per hour. I know I agreed but I should at least have a statement showing the cost of the items. the statement he gave me on line shows $00. cost of each item. he did very good work, and was very courteous, a very pleasant person.

They did call back and refuse to go down on the price. He said he was management. I refused to pay the $215 after being quoted $65. I was not pleasant on the phone. Later, he called my husband and said he was sending the check back . I will in return send a check for $65. just like the agreement. Thank you for finally realizing that your quote is your quote and you can't do people that way.

Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.
