I would like to thank you all for the quick response to our situation. The main spring broke on our garage door. We had guests visiting from Florida occupying the house at the time. Their vehicle was parked in the garage. Well, what to do! Made several inquiries to other companies, and listened to a voice machine, or was told they could not come out till next week! Finally found Precision Garage Door Service in the directory. Called and immediately spoke to a live person. From there everything fell into place. The person said that they had a tech in the area, and would be available to stop by. Two hours later they arrived and made the repairs needed. Took less than an hour. Thanks again!

This issue was the second time I used Precision Door. I was so impressed after fixing the first garage door opener, it was a slam dunk that they would be called for the second door. Both garage door openers were about 24 years old, so I decided to replace the first. Then some 6 months later, the torsion spring broke. So I replaced the spring and opener. I am very satisfied.

Excellent fast service. This is the second time I have used Precision since moving up here. The first time they came out within hours to fix my garage door (it was broken off the springs and would not close). It was fixed quickly and back in service. This time the door had closed on a car and one of the joints was bent making the door inoperable. I called yesterday evening and Josh came out today and fixed the problem. Again, fast and great service!! If ever needed in the future they are the first ones I will call.

I was impressed with the fast response from day one. Within 2 weeks I had a garage door installed and working very good. Another garage door company told me that my door would have to be special ordered and it would take over a month to just get the door, then another 2 weeks before they could install it. With Precision, they said it would not be a special order and they had it in within 2 weeks! Great experience!
