YOUR TECH WAS MARUF K. WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW THE JOB WELL AND INSTALLED THE GARAGE OPENER WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THE SECOND JOB WAS TO PREVENT LIGHT FROM THE EDGE OF THE DOOR FROM ENTERING INTO THE GARAGE. HE DID HIS BEST AND MOST THE LIGHT DOES NOT ENTER, HOWEVER THEY MAY BE A WAY TO PREVENT IT TO ENTER COMPLETELY. I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE YEAR THE GARAGE MOTOR WAS CHANGED. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT HAS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY. THANKS. FOR YOUR INFORMATION IAM 90 YEARS OLD AND HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE SINCE WE BOUGHT THIS HOME OVER 20 YEARS AGO. I AM A VETERAN.

I had used Precision Garage door several years ago so when I needed help today I called again. Trevor Perry called and said he was on the way. Trevor was very professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Replaced the springs, rollers and the complete head and track unit. I highly recommend Trevor and when needed I’ll ask for him again.

Super friendly from the first phone call. Got me an appointment within the week, could have been even sooner but I was working. Derek and team came out , addressed what I wanted addressed. Gave me options of additional work that could be needed but was not immediately necessary. Not pushy.. Came early in the appointment window, got the door fixed in 20 minutes and they were on their way. Definitely by future go to for any garage door needs.

Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Every single person I interacted with was incredible—from Ava in the call center, to the representative who processed my payment, to my technician, Chris Pease. Chris was absolutely wonderful. He was completely honest, upfront, and efficient. He estimated the repair would take an hour and finished in just 45 minutes! On top of his incredible efficiency, he was warm, friendly, and engaging, sharing stories about his farm, garden, and lovely wife while never slowing down on his work for a second. The entire team at Precision Garage Door Service is kind, remarkably responsive, and exceptionally fast. They’ve earned a very well-deserved 5 stars. I cannot recommend you all enough!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. I decided to buy garage doors from Lowe's. After the estimate was done by PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY, who supply and install the doors, I called Lowe's to make sure I got my 10% veterans discount. Lowes told me "oh sorry THAT'S ONLY AN IN-STORE DISCOUNT." So I canceled the deal through Lowe's and also through the installers and garage door providers, Precision garage doors. Soon after, the vice president of PRECISION GARAGE DOOR called me and told me that they would honor the 10% veterans discount on their end. I can't thank them enough for being honorable. It is a great help to me not only financially but a relief to know that some people and companies are just willing to be honorable and help out. I'm getting quality garage doors installed by experienced installers (for a difficult installation that took 6 hours), at a fair price. Thomas called to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He serviced our garage door several years ago and went right to work replacing our old unit. He finished quickly and helped us with programming our door openers. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service for many years and always have had great service. When I called today with my questions about what was going on, Precision listened and immediately set my appointment. I was able to see a repairman within an hour and a half. He was finishing up another job nearby. He found the problem and started working to fix it. He had a couple of different things he had to fix and when he finished, it worked like new! I really appreciated the quick and great service. I have been able to recommend Precision several times. Thank you!

Was pleased that I could get an appt on the morning after I called. My tech, Patrick, called to let me know when he was coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, went right to work, inspected my door and recommended what needed to be done. Discussed options with me. Work was completed within timeframe given. I highly recommend.

We are very happy with the service that we receive from Precision Garage Doors! I thought the door sounded like something was amiss, called and a service person came the afternoon that I called. He thoroughly checked the door, made some slight fixes and all is well.
