My garage was popping and sticking and the motor was threatening to quit so I gave Precision a call just to see if someone could come and take a look at what was going on and get a quote. I was not expecting the speed at which this company moved! I had Trevor out here within an hour taking a look. He gave me numerous options I could review with prices, expectations, etc. It made my decision extremely easy. Then to find out he could install immediately...mind blown. I was up and running with a new motor and all the necessary things that needed replacing after 16 years and not the best original equipment. He was very thorough in getting me all set up, explained everything thoroughly and answered my numerous questions. Hands down amazing service!

I was very pleased with the whole experience. Our door was unreliable in opening and closing, sometimes working with the remote and sometimes not. A technician came out within 3 hours of our call. Maruf was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He changed out our old motor and drive system in less than an hour. He even went beyond to program my car with the remote signal. Top notch service from really nice folks!

My garage doors were over 40 years old and had never been serviced! we have only had the property for 6 years. Hunter replaced the springs, discs, rollers, bottom seal,mounting plates and added a stability beam at the top of the door. The service was done very quickly and professionally. He showed me all of the parts that needed replacing and explained the reason behind the replacement. He even moved the old sensors, so they would not be affected as much by sunlight. The service was done quickly and professionally.

Hunter was very knowledgable and explained clearly what happened and what needed to be done to correct the current damage and replacement of existing parts that potentially would soon go bad. I think it was a bit overpriced but I am pleased with how the door now operates and I expect to not have any future isssues. Very reassuring. I would call Precision for any future work.

Our Garage Door was rebounding when we attempted to close it. Our technician Peyton quickly diagnosed it was due to a faulty spring which was still under warranty. The replacement was made in less than 30 minutes and the door works great. Peyton also checked the condition of the other door and pointed out some potential issues. We thanked him but decided to do nothing at this time. We were very happy with Peyton's courtesy, knowledge and professionalism.

We made our choice and he quickly went to work repairing the opener. Preston was very knowledgeable about garage doors. He shared that knowledge by patiently explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. My technician was Hunter Bridges. He was prompt in arriving and instantly found the problem preventing my garage door from functioning. Not only did he find that the opener had ceased to work, but after repairing that, he checked the other garage door for problems. He found that the single door had a damaged cord and was dangerous. Because of the door's age, he suggested that the motor be replaced. Hunter gave me an estimate for replacement, then worked quickly and changed the motor, keeping me informed of all he was doing. He cleaned up before leaving and gave me an estimate for further work that needs to be done, all while explaining the reasons. I was pleased with his work.
