I contacted Precision for garage door opener remote and wall unit that was not working. They came within an hour. I received a text with the technicians information and a time frame. I received a call from the technician with a more precise time. Trevor Perry was the technician and he was very professional and showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed, programmed the remotes and found an issue. He gave us several options for a resolution. He was very curious and professional and appreciated that he took his time to diagnose the issue we had with several options. Will definitely use Precision again.

Nobody wants the expense of any part of repairing the Garage Door with the economy the way that it is. Some things you don’t have a choice in. I really didn’t even know who to call but I started checking with several neighbors and they all used Precision. So I called them and I was greeted with a very enthusiastic young lady on the phone and she set me up an appointment an all of this happened within about three hours of the phone call. The representative’s name was Charlie a young guy who was very enthusiastic about his work and his company. He assured me he could get it taken care of quickly and gave me a very fair price. I would certainly recommend Precision but even more so I would recommend Charlie because after all I don’t necessarily do business with companies I do business with people and Charlie is good people. I’m certain that Precision is a good company or Charlie wouldn’t be working for them my neighbors would not have recommended Precision if they weren’t a great company. Could not have been more pleased with this service. My garage door had partially come off the tracks and looked impossible to fix. Remembered TV ads for Precision Garage Doors. Called around 3 or so to request service. Preston called me back almost immediately and was here in 20 minutes or so. He sized up the situation, gave me the estimate and started to work. Though he had to rebuild the mechanisms, he was finished by 5:30 p.m. Also, I was not left with the possibility of spending the night with a half opened garage door. Preston was knowledgeable and adept in his work. I would definitely recommend and certainly use again if needed. Another plus, is that I now have a less noisy door.
