Our garage door spring broke about 7pm Monday night so I thought I would reach out to Precision since we used them some years back for new garage doors on another house. They answered the phone to my surprise and put us on the schedule for the very next day. Patrick showed up in the time window that was given to me, he diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations to keep this old door working properly which we decided to go with. No the door glides open and closed quietly and smoothly! We are repeat customers and definitely will call them again if any future needs arise.

They were on time and explained why my door of 8 years broke down. James Wells was AWESOME!! My garage door never was quiet, but when James finished, it was so much quieter. Great company and great team. The spring on one of my garage doors split apart late Fri nite. Called early Sat AM and Patrick and Paxton were there by 11:00. Not only replaced the broken spring, but showed me how some bearings, brackets and rollers on both doors were problems waiting to happened. Were able to repair all problems same day at very reasonable cost. My thanks to the whole team!

Trevor Perry, your technician, performed excellent work repairing our two garage doors today. First, and most importantly, he eliminated problems that we were having with our factory remote controls by connecting the remote controls embedded in our cars' electronic systems to the doors' electronics. Now we are able to control both doors from both cars using only the remote controls that were installed in our cars when they were manufactured. Second, and very importantly, he performed an overall inspection of the doors and all of their components. He discovered that the rollers were disintegrating due to age (20 years old). He replaced all twenty-four of those on both doors, which greatly improved the operation of the doors and saved potentially costly repairs further down the road.
