Lightning struck the house Fri night in the storm that swept through the area. Decided to wait til Monday to call a door company after I discovered I couldn’t fix it! A nephew Adam Nelson had me call you last year for my elderly neighbor I look after to install a garage door opener. You all were so nice to help Mr Curtis Bell with his door I just called you for my needs. Madison was so nice taking my call and had a tech named James that was available and came within the hour. James was clean cut neat and very professional and skilled in the art of garage door installation. I appreciate your service and technician and will recommend your company to others. Your service person, Hayden Duncan did an excellent job of explaining the repair options for our garage doors. In the end, we decided to go with new doors since our doors were 30 years old. Hayden did a good job of taking us through the options for the new doors.

I had switched from the company that installed the garage doors in my condo development, when I had an issue with their work. My outdoor key pad wasn't working properly and I needed another garage door opener. Hayden, who was not only professional, but very nice did the work. He made sure everything was working and I was comfortable with the new one. I will definitely recommend you to all my neighbors.

After futile attempt(s) to do the repair myself on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to look online for garage door repairs near me. Of the many ads to pop up, Precision stuck out. Weekend rates same as weekday, what?? Calls answered by a live person, more what?? Not only was that the case, a service tech showed up within an hour of my call. His arrival was preceded by e-mail and messaging denoting time of arrival. Also a message from the tech along with his picture for identification. He was personable, informative and professional. Long story short, I had in my mind that the garage door would be left open for at least the weekend. Job was completed in a short while and when I asked for additional preventative maintenance items to be added he had parts on hand and finished up all within a short matter of time. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole encounter. These guys go above and beyond and back up what they advertise. If you happen to need repairs I HIGHLY recommend Precision. If you are wondering about cost, you would be happily amazed at the affordability.

James Wells was excellent in representing your company - Precision. I received a text with his info and picture before he arrived. He called and advised he could be earlier than scheduled and was very professional in all of his dealings with me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and customer friendly in replacing the garage door opener. Precision was very professional. Our tech was Tyler and he couldn’t have been more polite and knowledgeable. Work was done and the area was clean. All work was explained and I never felt like I was being upsold. If I need garage door serve in the future Precision is who I’m calling.
