We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! Too soon to render a rating because of the following: 1. A torsion spring was installed on my garage door about twice the size of the one on the door when purchased! 2. Since this torsion spring was installed, I have not been able to get my garage door opener adjusted to operate up and down properly. When attempting to adjust the garage door up and down movement, my Chain and Idler Pulley were damaged and I am in the process of obtaining replacements to see if that will fix my problem or if I need to replace the torsion spring with the one specified in the manual for my garage door.

We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!

I was so impressed with this company. Came home from work late one evening, spring broke on my garage door. Read that they did same day service, did a chat that night with a representative and was given an appointment the next morning. A++ for this company and Robert who was our technician. We are new to the area and to the type of garage door opener we have in our new home. When placing my call, I was greeted by a friendly rep who immediately called our technician to come. within an hour he was at our door and within minutes had our problem fixed. Not only did he fix our opener, but, also, gave us a tutorial on our new opener and installed a new wireless keypad which he hand in stock in his truck. This company is a well-oiled machine! (And he oiled our door, lol!)
