Customer service was awesome. Technician, Patrick Stockton, arrived in a timely manner and was very professional in inspecting, explaining the issues and offering an estimate. Upon our approval, Patrick efficiently completed the repairs and explained everything around the warranties and operations for the new equipment. Highly recommend.

On Tuesday September 24 a thunderstorm in our area caused a power outage which rendered our garage door opener inoperable. We had used Precision Garage Door Service in the past with excellent results so I called them again. The friendly woman who answered the phone walked me through doing a reset, but it was not successful so we determined that a technician would need to come and take a look. Tyler came at the agreed upon time on Thursday September 26 and checked out the system and delivered the verdict that we needed a new system installed. This was not surprising since our system was 15 years old and had been through a lot of power outages. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and had everything in his truck that was needed to quickly and professionally install the new system, including a new door-side open/close button, an outside keypad, 2 remote controls, AND he even programmed the home link in my car for me. Precision is our go-to for garage door issues and has never failed to meet and exceed our expectations. Thank you Tyler and Precision. Susan C

Very rapid response to my call. It took two trips because initial diagnosis was wrong (but no extra charge for second trip). A new head unit was required but fortunately the old one was covered under warranty. The tecnician (P. Christoph) said he had never seen this type of failure before. Great service and I will call them again when the need arises.

We were having issues with our motor connecting to our cars. It wouldn't shut. But it would open. Turns out there were issues with how the door was balanced and he got to work and got it all fixed. The door spring broke and Preston was here the same day. A great young man and knew what he was doing on the repair. I went ahead and replaced some other parts for preventative maintenance. I called Precision to repair a garage door track that we hit with our car mirror. The service tech called me within minutes of my call to them. He said he could be on site in 20 minutes, and arrived almost to the minute. After giving me the estimate, he said the work could be done in about half an hour…and it was! I was shocked at how fast the tech got this done. This repair needed new parts, and was something that probably would have taken me hours, including sourcing the new part, getting it, installing it, etc. This was a job for a specialist, and Precision came through. Job well done, and money well spent.

Starting with the first phone call, they were very accommodating to our need for the stuck door to be fixed asap. Derek arrived as promised in 30 short minutes. He clearly laid out the options and rationales for what was needed now, what would be a good idea to do while we're at it, and what it take to rebuild good as new. Then he let us decide, informed and without pressure. He did the job efficiently and with friendly conversation. It felt like a fun visit that just happened to result in a fixed door. And the door opens smoother than it did before the spring broke, with its updated parts.

The technician, Tyler, was very professional & courteous. I needed the weather stripping replaced on the bottom of my garage door. Due to the size of my garage door, Tyler, had to order the replacement stripping. He explained his manager said it would take about two weeks & their office staff would contact me to set up another appointment. Tyler did a free lubricant of the door and a safety inspection. I was very pleased with my experience with this company

Thank you Precision Doors and especially our service provider, Preston! You were amazing. In a absolute panic I called Precision Doors a little after 6 am. My garage door would not open, my truck was in the garage, and my son had is first full contact football game at noon. Your office got me on the schedule for 9am....Preston was so knowledgeable! Got our repairs completed in a little over an hour and I was on my way to my son's football game! So nice to see a company that still delivers amazing customer service and gets the job done without a headache! Thank you again. My Service Professional Name is Tyler Combs. He was Extremely Professional, Friendly and Prompt. After describing my problem to him he immedately knew what the cause and problem was and he repaired it. He also inspected my door and components for safety, and proper operations, then he lube my door. He also showed me how I could remendy this problem if it should happened again, as he informed me that a power failure cause this problem and it could happen again. Tyler was professional, friendly and treated me the upmost respect. I will not hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door Service again for any service or replacemtent of my garage door.
