Took advantage of the online scheduling available on the website. Preston Stockton called and confirmed the appointment time. Preston completed a thorough inspection, explained his findings, and listed all of the parts that needed to be replaced. Preston did a GREAT job with the repairs; garage door is better than new! I had a roller come out of the track and the door panel sagged when the garage door was opened. Called for service and the technician was here within 1 hour. During the check of the garage door and opener, there were several issues found. All items noted were replaced. The door works great. Very professional service. I would highly recommend Precision.

Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.

This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. This time they replaced everything but the actual garage doors x2. Hayden was in time, knowledgeable and explained everything well. In and out in less than 2 hours. He did a great job. Highly recommend Precision.

I was able to get an appointment the next day. Tyler was on time, professional, and friendly. I had a simple issue but also concerned about the old opener, tracks, and door. He said that the door was in good shape but the motor and hardware was old. I have used Precision in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.

The Tech, Preston Stockson, was very knowledgeable of the problem at hand with my garage door opener. Told him about how the it is probably aging, and time to get a new one. He installed the new one and was very efficient and explained how the new one operates, and how to use the garage wall opener and the remotes. Thanks again for your great service!

We chose precision Door Service because we wanted the repair performed on the same day the spring failed and you were recommended on our neighborhood website. Our technician was Thomas W., he arrived in approximately one hour from the time we called for the repair. He was very professional and courteous and explained what was in need of repair quickly. The repair was completed in approximately one hour and he explained in detail the work that had been performed and pointed out what parts were replaced during the repair. We called on a football Saturday afternoon and the technician was here in under an hour. Chris was very courteous, professional and informative. He installed a new Genie 2128, installed a new exterior key pad, installed a new opener/closer on the wall, calibrated everything, made sure the new opener worked in my car, checked to make sure the other garage door was in good working order, oiled the tracks and rollers an cleaned up after himself and was gone in under 2 hours. We had used Precision in 2016 and were very pleased so we called them again. They met our expectations once again.

My Service Professional Name is Tyler Combs. He was Extremely Professional, Friendly and Prompt. After describing my problem to him he immedately knew what the cause and problem was and he repaired it. He also inspected my door and components for safety, and proper operations, then he lube my door. He also showed me how I could remendy this problem if it should happened again, as he informed me that a power failure cause this problem and it could happen again. Tyler was professional, friendly and treated me the upmost respect. I will not hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door Service again for any service or replacemtent of my garage door.

On Tuesday September 24 a thunderstorm in our area caused a power outage which rendered our garage door opener inoperable. We had used Precision Garage Door Service in the past with excellent results so I called them again. The friendly woman who answered the phone walked me through doing a reset, but it was not successful so we determined that a technician would need to come and take a look. Tyler came at the agreed upon time on Thursday September 26 and checked out the system and delivered the verdict that we needed a new system installed. This was not surprising since our system was 15 years old and had been through a lot of power outages. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and had everything in his truck that was needed to quickly and professionally install the new system, including a new door-side open/close button, an outside keypad, 2 remote controls, AND he even programmed the home link in my car for me.
