Great service from Precision again. They have replaced both of our garage doors over the years and this time we just needed a service call to get a spring replaced. I’m very happy with the service received from Precision. They answered my call immediately, sent a tech to my house within 48 hours, and replaced my old and broken garage door motor for a fair price. The Tech, Preston, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get a good rate on service. Seemed like a great young man. While I know I won’t need garage service in the near future due to their top quality work, if I did, I’d definitely call Precision again. Thank you for everything!

Precision Door installed a garage door years ago on my mother's garage that performs perfectly and is still very quietly to this day! So, I called Precision to fix the failed garage door lifting mechanism on my grandson's garage door. Your man arrived on time, identified and explained the problems, had all the replacement parts in his truck and had it repaired in a couple of hours! He cleaned up after himself and was a very knowledgeable and pleasant young man!

I chose Precision Garage Doors because of the 5 star ratings to replace broken coil spring, I called at 8:00 am, technician was in my drive at 9:15am. So super responsive. Technician was Patrick S. After thorough inspection of 15 YO garage, he noted several other wear points that would eventually need replacement. So after discussing options, I decided to proceed with the other recommended repairs. Patrick is a super guy and very professional.

Called Precision and they responded within the same 1/2 day. Replaced a 24-year-old garage door opener and did a tune up/repair on other parts on the door. System was back up and running the same day. Patrick was professional and explained all the issues with the current system and provided options for the repairs. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had about the changes. He performed all the checks and made sure everything was working before he finished. I was very happy with the final working system.

I chose your company because I saw your commercials on TV. I told Preston my problem and he looked at the issue and pointed out other issues that made the corrective action a more reliable repair. Preston is a top drawer kind of guy. He was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I don't know how Preston got all of that work done in an hour, but he did. Preston knows his craft. I'm 100% pleased.

Garage door broke around 7PM Wednesday night. Tech was able to come out 9AM Thursday Morning. Had to replace the motor as the current motor wasn't strong enough for our door. We had a spring break last summer, the tech, from another company, said nothing about the motor being to weak. 10/10 will use precision going forward

Garage door spring broke again 3rd time and decided enough is enough. Was original on house (15 years old) and Patrick from Precision came out and installed springs, cables and bearing plates and runs like new. Patrick was a great professional, and will call him and Precision again when we upgrade in the future.
