Trevor called me 1/2 hour before arriving to our appointment as I requested. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. I appreciated his explanation to the problem we had. He demonstrated by cycling the garage door a couple of times to assure us that the door was operating as it should. He further explained that his report would explain everything as well. Nice guy! Demonstrated a positive attitude for his company. Highly recommend the company and especially Trevor. Great job!

I've used this company several times and always appreciated the service I received from the phone call reporting my issues all the way to the techs that came out and made my repairs. This recent repair was due to leaving a broom in the track which resulted the door coming off track. Preston did a great job of explaining how each part of the door functions and problems associated with mine. He was professional, courteous, and mindful of costs to repair/rebuild vs. expense of a new door and gave solid recommendations that made sense, to address all of my concerns. He completed the work efficiently and reviewed end results with me prior to cleaning everything up to ensure my expectations were met. I rarely choose a service provider based on a TV commercial but in this case I'm so glad I did. They truly live up to what they advertise!

Patrick was Great! He was very knowledgable and expalined to me all sorts of things about the type springs we had vs other options and how they would work with our motor to help extend the motor life. Worked up multiple quotes for my wife and I to look over before finally making our decsion. He had everything he needed on hand and made the repairs right away. Will be calling Patrick and Precision again if we ever need Grage Door help.
