The workers were very nice, they explained what they needed to do and went over the cost. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Took time to make sure I understood the function of the door openers. Door openers are very quiet and smooth. Will use this company again if the need arise.

Called for a garage door opener remote that failed on it's own and was under a 1 year warranty. Company had to send a tech out who was 2 hours late past the appointment time. He determined that the remote was bad( my other two still worked). Would not honor the warranty on the remote but would charge me a service fee and sell me a universal remote for 85 dollars. I picked one up at Lowe's for 35 dollars. Waste of one day.

Patrick came within a few hours of being called on a Saturday for which we were grateful since our garage door was stuck in an up position. Weekend service with no extra charge was attractive.
