Torri was not listed in initial bio but was our service tech. He was timely and did a great job repairing our door. He even had an extra remote since we only had one remote when we recently purchased our home. The cost was very reasonable. Would recommend him again!

I used Precision a while ago and was very pleased, so when my door broke yesterday (spring, among other things) they were the only one I called. Called them at 9:00 this morning, they told me a tech could could be here between 11 and 1. 2Twentu minutes later the tech called and said he was 15-20 minutes away. Chris showed up, we chatted a bit, and he gave me a few different options. He was done in about an hour. Fast, really fast, courteous and very professional. Employees make the company, and Chris was a great representative for Precision. I got prompt, quality service at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that. I highly recommend Precision.

Derek was very nice and knowledgeable he told me of two different ways I could go parts for one year or parts for 5 years and we choose the 5 years because he explained the difference very clearly, again you have a great experience employee. I have called upon Precision on two different occasions. In each case the service person was there in less than 24 hours, the person called to confirm an arrival time on the day of service, and all work was completed quickly and satisfactorily. The prices for services are very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company!

The workers were very nice, they explained what they needed to do and went over the cost. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Took time to make sure I understood the function of the door openers. Door openers are very quiet and smooth. Will use this company again if the need arise.

Not happy with transaction. Repairman had sour disposition. Was offended when l questioned charges. I was charged $60 a piece ($120 total) for Linear remotes...Amazon sells them for $25 for two. I feel as though lve been taken advantage of. Very dissatisfied to say the least. I will not use this company again.

My sister had a new garage door installed by Precision and she highly recommended your company to me. From the instant the lady took my request~to the very last minute the job was completed, I was more than impressed with the courteous and professional service I received. Not to mention the same day service, that was totally unexpected. Michael was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything so I could understand. He is truly an asset to your business and the lady that answered my original call was very nice and helpful.

Chuck Your company is the best with out a doubt,your service tech was the best he was plesant and knowledgable about my problem and fixed it right the first time,i want you to send Adam back to install my outer door strips. and also thanks for lowering the bill to $200$ from $ 300 not many people would ever do that, will tell all my neighbors and friends that you are honest and great to do business with installed new seal on the bottom of both my garage doors
