Professional and responsive. Their technician, James, was knowledgeable and skilled, quickly diagnosed my problem and was fully equipped with the tools and materials required to repair my 18" door. COVID-19 issues and respect for my property were obvious. Most remarkable was James's focus on "doing the job right" with him resolving issues from the original installation that he could have overlooked. Prompt response, thorough and professional repair and fairly priced, its little wonder why Precision has 2181 fire star reviews, oops make that 2182 fire star reviews.

Called for a garage door opener remote that failed on it's own and was under a 1 year warranty. Company had to send a tech out who was 2 hours late past the appointment time. He determined that the remote was bad( my other two still worked). Would not honor the warranty on the remote but would charge me a service fee and sell me a universal remote for 85 dollars. I picked one up at Lowe's for 35 dollars. Waste of one day.

Used Precision because they had refurbished the door 4 yr. ago. This time, I had the same technician as before. Replaced the 15 yr old, chain-driven opener; partly because parts are no longer available for it. Precision's new model is belt driven and also a DC motor instead of AC. Work was completed in about 90 minutes and they did the clean up and haul-away of the old parts and equipment. Soooo, much quieter operation, plus new unit includes remote exterior key pad in addition to the clickers for the autos. That way, if you are not in the car, say doing some yard work and need something from the garage but the door is closed, you can open the door without going through the house first.

James arrived within the specified time period promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He described in detail what needed to be done. He fully explained the options. He recommended only what he thought was necessary thereby saving me some money I thought I would have to spend. I chose the best steel door at a price I would be foolish to decline. He explained it would take several weeks to manufacture. A crew of two would perform the installation. While waiting for delivery the company would contact me periodically with progress updates on the order. This is exemplary customer service. I would not hesitate but strongly encourage anyone to retain the services of this company.

Thanks to James, who just happened to live nearby, I was able to receive repair service in a matter of hours, though I suspect timely service may be the norm. Although I only needed to have a spring replaced, I chose to have a full service reconditioning of my garage door because of the very fair price and warranty coverage. A clean, well marked, new truck pulled into my driveway, letting me know this was no handyman, sideline business. James went right to work and soon showed me several options. Now my door opens smoothly and quietly, with no strain on the opener motor. This company doesn't have 2000 5-star reviews for no reason!

Tommy was at a neighbors house down the street- so I pull over and waited, I got the phone number and call I was planing on getting other bids., but i Google search so I would have enough knowledge about what I wanted. Tommy came over a hour or so later. He was very knowledgable and I felt confident in his workmanship and abilities. So base upon what I found out the price for everything was what I would expect to pay for a professional installer, I am sure I could have saved a couple bucks- but I am also sure where would they make the cuts in the workmanship in order to save? I wasn't disappointed at all- clean up everything, went to the extra to lube things and so forth- I dot my hard earn money worth and some. Thanks Tommy!

5 Stars! Patrick called to let me know when he would arrive. He did a thorough evaluation of my garage door and made recommendations for repairs. He also gave me an estimated cost of a new metal door vs repairs to the current wood door. He made sure I had no questions or concerns before he left.
