I can not say enough good things about Josh Compton our tech and about Precision Door. I was first of all very impressed to place a service call after 5pm and speak to a live voice. I was also very thankful Josh was able to be onsite the next morning. Josh was prompt and very thorough with the work he did. He had my garage door overhauled and working again within an hour. Even more than that Josh was very professional and treated us very respectful. I'm glad to see great customer service still exists in this world. Was surprised when they could repair same day. Patrick recommended additional repairs but was not forcing them done. Patrick commenced repairing the springs and a couple items on the lift mechanism. Lastly the screw drive was noisy. Amazing what some silicone spray can do grease cant.. Thanks..
