We made our choice and he quickly went to work repairing the opener. Preston was very knowledgeable about garage doors. Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items. Will definitely suggest your company to my friends. The lady answering the phone was super helpful and professional as well.

Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours. I CALLED FOR BROKEN SPRING REPLACEMENT ON A SINGLE 3 PANEL DOOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS INSTALLATION. I AM UPSET THAT I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AVERAGE COST OF THIS SERVICE. I PAID $1,123. HIS LOWEST QUOTE WAS $995. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN QUOTED $250 TO $350 BY ANOTHER COMPANY. HE SAID THEY QUOTE LOW AND THEN ADD ON OTHER COSTS. I HAVE NOW CHECKED ON INTERNET AND OTHER COMPANIES AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS AN 80 YEAR OLD FEMALE. THIS WAS MORE THAN MY $1,073 SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK FOR THIS MONTH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY CHEATED!!!

As is likely typical for most people, our garage door decided to stop working with no warning. Our situation wasn't dire, but fixing it sooner than later was important. The first company we spoke with could get to us in about a week. We could make that work, but we preferred not to wait that long. Our next call was to Precision Door Service. The person we spoke with was friendly and focused on taking care of us, and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours. After the assessment, we were given a fantastic explanation of what was happening and how to fix it, including a price quote. We decided to move forward and expected to schedule something in the coming days...nope, he said I should be done in about 2 hours! We were shocked and delighted. The work was done well and much faster than we anticipated. Everyone we dealt with was professional and enjoyable to talk with. There is no doubt who we will recommend and reach out to if we have a need in the future. Precision Door Service is wonderful!

Had broken spring, car trapped in garage. Same day service, on a Saturday that was also a holiday (Veterans Day). Showed up 1/2 hour earlier than appointment time, inspected garage door and all parts, recommended replacing worn (14 year old) parts in addition to broken spring. Tech (Josh) was top-notch. Skilled, professional, knowledgeable, obviously experienced. One of the fastest, most efficient workers we've ever seen. Good "consultative" salesman, too, without being pushy. Was a little concerned about the price, but after looking up estimated cost for the parts (all listed in detail on the invoice), it was in the ballpark, especially considering 5 year warranty, fast same-day service on a Saturday, and quality of workmanship. Would recommend.

I had my garage door repaired. Thomas Wright was very professional and informative during the initial estimate. He helped me understand what was wrong and why and then explained exactly what needed to done to fix the problem. On the day of the repair he was, again, very professional and did a thorough, quick job. When he was finished, he showed me what was done and how smoothly things worked. When I decide to repair the other door I will use Precision again.

Our garage door springs were replaced and a seal was installed on the bottom of the door to provide an airtight seal and prevent rainwater from leaking into the garage.
