So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. We greatly appreciate Patrick,Scott and Miss Holly they answered all questions, made the entire process extremely easy and instilled trust with the company and the products we purchased. We are now customers for life.

Professional. Existing opener and parts were several decades old. Representative examined all parts and door explaining what needed to be replaced and what could be safely retained. Recommended replacing the opener, springs (one was clearly sprung), and rollers as all were clearly worn out and need to be brought up to code. Representative only replaced items necessary.

Ad in yellow pages indicated 24/7 response time to calls for garage door help which prompted me to call this company. Add also stated that one would get to speak with a "real, live" person rather than a recording. Was impressed with the immediacy with which my call was handled resulting in same day service by a truly professional and technically competent service person who introduced himself as Caleb. He provided me with information about our garage door's repair needs that allowed me to make informed decisions about how to proceed and will, in the end, have saved me a bit of money I would otherwise have had to spend. As a new customer my experience with Precision Door Service has thus far been excellent, a fact I will be most willing to share with others looking for a top quality company.
